I signed up at the store with my home phone number yet it is saying it is a new number and wants to send me a text. A) it isn't a new registration and b) you can't text a landline. New program and already no coordination between the stores and the app. I don't want to sign up with my cell phone number and lose the points I already have yet the app won't even open if you don't let it send you a text. Here's an idea: how about using an email address to login like every other rewards program?

Cannot input my birthday, and it shows I have a reward, but does not say what the reward is -_-

Clunky and awkward to use and look through. No explanation of point system and how that works. I think ill stick to buying ice cream like in the old days, happily and easily

This app is great. For every dollar you spent is a point. Once you reached 50 points you get an item less than $10 for free. That includes shakes, dazzlers, 3 scoops sundaes etc. I myself can't download the app because I work for the company but it is awesome. And best part you can use it anywhere in the states.

Can't get in to the app. It has been telling me the app stopped for two weeks, after numerous uninstall/reinstall. Still get credit for purchases by giving my phone number but can't follow what I have.

No way to add when I spend money at the store, therfore no way to increase the points. Makes no sense.

I had the app for 3 minutes and I crashed like 20 times.
