UTTERLY Useless, too many steps to get the boarding pass up, crashed when phone turned and screen changed ratio. Plenty of airport apps allow quick access to boarding passes without having to go entering your name and ticket confirmation again. You won't be saving the planet using this app get a paper boarding pass instead.

Whoever created this app is a dumbass. It doesnt work like how you would expect. Unfortunately hawaii still far behind with this app. Come on hawaiian air dont you rip us off enough with your prices. Do the locals a favor and create something thats useful for interisland travel.

This app needs the option to download the boarding pass so if reception is bad you won't be late. I almost missed a flight because I had to go through standard ticketing routine. It also doesn't scale to tablets and make a very lopsided user interface.

Horrible app! Make sure you screenshot your boarding passes when you check in, because you'll never be able to get to them again, which also means good luck checking for flight status updates. You also have to log in again every time you access the app (and that's even after selecting the Remember Me button every time). I'm waiting for my connection right now, and no luck getting the info I need. As much as I love Hawaiian Air, this experience is big. Please learn something from the Alaska Air app, they've got it down. Even if you've booked from a 3rd party, they still load your data, give you alerts, and make the access quick.

This app SUCKS!! One of the worst. You can get your boarding pass but then it disappears if you minimize the app and you have to start all over again . No bpass wallet. What a PoS, better off printing bpass. The worst!!!

This app needs alot of work. After putting in all your info you can see your boarding pass. Great. But once you close the app you must re enter your confirmation or itinerary info. Unlike other apps that have the boarding pass readily available.

When logged in under my Hawaiian miles number the app can't find my trips without me knowing my confirmation number. Other airline apps when logged in will find your trips no problem. Also the app looses my log in info instead of staying logged in all the time.

Terrible. Prepare to click and count to 10 not knowing if your click registered. If you change phone orientation, 10 seconds to refresh. Doesn't seem to recognize delta confirmation numbers. Not polished at all.

How is the function to view boarding pass for a current itinerary not the first thing visible in the app? You can eventually get to it by trying to check in again, but even that won't work at the gate. Every other airline app displays boarding pass as a core function.

The App itself was unresponsive to selections. Tapping on a button provided no feedback of you doing so. Long delay after you tap on a button makes you think it is not working. Needs to run faster and provide the user feedback that it is working on your request. Did not appear to run as an application and more like a web browser inside an app. Requires you to login everytime you enter the app. It should remember you if selected by option remember me. eBoarding passes screen should stay open and keep phone screen on when selected.

This app is no longer supported by the airline. The last update was in 2012. It's no surprise it performs poorly. I've decided to uninstall it. The internet site gets the job done. People should look to see if an app is supported by checking when it was last updated before deciding if an app will be useful.

I download this app because i fly this airline to Oahu every year. Right after i downloaded this app i was able to sign in BUT COULDN'T open my itinerary. The ratings by others were right. Bummer!!

Thankfully their mechanics are better at their jobs than their app designers. Someone should be really embarrassed that they've allowed this to be used by the public. It's pitifully useless.

I've been a member saw cheaper flights here tried to book it and...boom error!! What gives!!? went online to pay 2x the amount thanks a lot......for nothing

Horrible. I checked in for my flight got my boarding pass ready to show tsa and it refreshed and made me check in again, several times before i could see my boarding pass to show. Them it happened again while waiting to board. I had to get a papery ticket so o would not hold up the boarding line. It needs to be fixed. I won't use it anytime soon.

every time i need my ticket i have to check in again, and again, take a look at United or even Delta those apps save your ticket so you dont have to check in again at the TSA check point how embarrassing...

Terrible. Rarely works. So so so so slow IF it does what you're trying to do, and it will never work the first time. Don't bother. If you must, good luck.

Just doesn't work. Entered my miles club account info when creating account so it should see your travel details, instead no matter what task you try to do it prompts you to enter your confirmation number and last name. It should know all that already via my miles club account, then after I enter it all anyway and click OK, I get an object error and nothing happens. Absolutely has no use. HI airlines needs to fire their app developers. Nothing this bad should exist anymore in apps.

Hawaiian you need to spend more time re-creating and developing your mobile app. Honestly it sucks. Take a tip from United. Please go back to the drawing board and create an amazing user experence for your customers. Mahalo from you Pualani Gold Member.

There is no easy way to pull up a boarding pass and it runs mind-numbingly slow. You must press Check In even if you already have, then it thinks for a while, tells you that you are already checked in and then you can view your boarding pass. This should be a simple button on the front screen. Additionally, this app is simply a mobile version of the website in "app" form. If you're going to have an App, then make it an App and make it quick and easy for travelers to navigate through.

I would have used this app to book my flight but there wasn't a field for known traveler number. My TSA pre check saves me hours at the airport and i won't give that up to use an app. Fix this and your app is golden.

I fly Hawaiian several times a month, and many others as well, I regularly use 6 airline apps. Hawaiian is hands down the worst of any. Their website is marginally better, but no shining star. Get printed boarding passes. When things mess up, help is difficult and you will pay more to fix their ineptitude.

Had to keep downloading boarding pass as it kept dropping it (7 times). Finalla at gate it wouldn't re-load as boarding had begun. Had to get ticket from desk. HA needs to fix this otherwise beautiful tool!!!

Non responsive and slow. Doesn't save boarding pass for when you sign back in rendering the mobile boarding pass useless. Also unable to save mobile boarding to phone without taking a screenshot. Poor execution of a simple app.

After checking in and getting the mobile boarding pass, the app continues to go back to the main screen and put you through the check in process all over again. It never gives you an option to simply see your boarding pass even after looking at "my trips" and keying in your info. It needs a lot of work.

I can't sign in using this app. But, if I use the full website it'll allow me for a brief period of time then it'll sign out on its own.

The boarding pass disappears instantly after exiting the app and that caused me to miss my flight. I cannot believe an app that does that could even be released. Make sure you screenshot your barcode because it is impossible to retrieve after you leave the app.

This is the second time since April 2016 and it's July 4 2016. I can check in but then when I ho to get boarding pass it states website with the little green guy saying not good. I end up just having to use the kiosk. So today flying out did it again went to see if there was an update which maybe needed however there was not. 1st time ever writing a bad review. And I live in hawaii so I fly hawaiian often!

The app is archaic compared with other airlines' apps like Alaska and United. Now, it does work with the latest marshmallow download on Android.

Can't pull up My Trips, just gives an error message every time.

It doesn't load and I can even sign in. What a terrible app. Update the app or get a new team to rebuild it.

Super slow, kept restarting and loosing my boarding pass. I had to jump out of the TSA precheck to print a hard copy...lucky didn't miss my flight.

Unlike every other Airline app I have used it requires you to log in everytime. It kicks you off at the worst times and takes forever to get back to your boarding pass. Takes you through check-in step to access boarding pass, telling you that you're already checked in. duh! At the gate it will kick you off and then say it's too late to check in and you can no longer access your boarding pass. Forcing the boarding line to stop while they pull up your info. FIX THIS APP PLEASE!!!

Basically useless, if you can't view boarding passes. You still need to access a computer.

What gives? It signed into my account but with someone else's name. While signed in I am not able to just check into my flight, though I'm looking at my itinerary , I still have to enter in my last name and confirmation number.

I used this app to check in. Then had the same issues everyone else did. We ended up priting out our boarding passes. DELETE

As of 12/26/15 cannot log in. I verified my id and password work on the website but the mobile app gives me an error.

Booking a flight is ok, but like their customer service, it's a headache when trying to correct a logistic problem. The app allows going to my trips to find the flight, but when trying to check in, the app doesn't reference the confirmation number. Which means you have to go back, write down conf. number, then retype, with last name. Delta, united, American all have easy access to check in and boarding passes. I have to take a screen shot of boarding pass to retrieve without having to re check in.
