Don't have ability to view password. The application is clunky. The application does try to get the list of active cards, but it never comes up. Can't change password.

Absolute rubbish! It takes forever to update information but the account details (balances and trip details) are completely incorrect. Uninstalled.

Data stops in Apr 2016. Also, who does the app need to save my user and password? Most importantly, it still does not support topping up funds. So what does it do?

Cannot recharge from app. Just use browser on your mobile and you avoid very annoying ads and your bandwidth wastage.

Stopped working since 29th Aug and throwing error on the screen with X04 error code. It was working okay until last week.

Too slow to update.... Not user friendly design.

Slow to load and when I changed phone won't log in.

Pretty useless app. Can't top up. Don't have access or change your information. As basic an app as it gets. Pointless.

2 major things wrong with this; you can't top your balance and the other is that no real time balance, i mean you can go to Sydney to Melbourne by plane 70mins one way and still not correct balance

I just get a spinning cog and last nonths activity; and stupid advertisements pop.. to make it even sloer!

it shows me dupilcate transcations and double deduction on my account. but when I call customer service, they said whatever I see on the app is not right. Waste my time!

Haven't you ripped us off enough with overpriced transport? So much for a Government service..for which I pay taxes! And don't get me started on the timetable which makes you wait 14 mins per interchange 'cause the last train left 1 min before you arrive! Maybe you CAN provide a service for once if you put your mind to it!

The app does not show any info in your account. Totally useless.

Was working good until June 18 buy after that it never showed the new activity somehow for my account the data always show details until this date. Tried uninstalling n reinstalled couple of time but doest help...

Doesn't refresh often

Can't top up. No transportation information. Generaly ugly. Only shows your balance. You get that at the train/ferry/bus stop anyway. Useless. This should be a transport utility. What a waste of time and energy for you opal?! How much did you waste on this?

Doesn't give any information other than occasionally telling me how much money I might have left. All other fields are blank.

Good app for checking balance on my card on the go. Very simple to use. That's all I want it for. Downloading my activity statement can be done via the mobile or full site. Have no issues with this app - but keep the updates coming.

Can't top up my Opal card on here can only view recent activity, and some info is incorrect! All the money they spent rolling out this new system and they can't create a successful app!?

it takes more than 2days to update for checking how many times i get on train in this week. It's really useless.

I canceled on of my cards and that is the only activity data I can get, activities of my active card is not showing.

I can't sign in with this app... It only works when I sign in with web browser.
