Max Fitness Pro for Android
Absolutely no instructions with this fitness band.... asking to enter weight and height so I enter then save, and the weight/height changes. Tried this on both metric and imperial input but still does the same thing. I have no idea how to track anything as there are zero instructions. I would say good value for money.... if I had a clue as to how to use the thing. Not impressed at all
It's okay but unless it's my phone, Bluetooth connectivity hasn't worked since yesterday so now my activity isn't upto date. It's frustrating because I bought this watch through Avon so I can keep track of the steps I take and the calories I'm burning throughout the week.
Iv tried entering just normal 5 ft 8 wont let u wont let u enter any data on imperial have to have it on metric it wont log my walking properly even tho i keep trying to get it to enter correctly im getting sick of it already and Iv just spent money getting the watch and scales that go with the app and its putting me right off needs fixing
After about a fortnight the band broke, won't work, can anyone help me?
Contrary to other users, I found this easy to set up and the instruction manual (which I downloaded) is very easy to follow. The band itself has a very clear blue LED display and the app has a neat layout. It seems to record steps and sleep activity quite accurately.
I walked 18,000 steps only recorded 11,000. I have an old pedometer I tracked it against and one on my phone. 2nd one I have. Thankfully not paid Avon Lady for it yet due to the problems I've had. Tried it for last time yesterday and now when I press the button to see the results. I can only get the first readout which is the time. Going back today.
I was happy with this with my moto g (2nd gen) despite a daily struggle to connect via bluetooth, however I have now upgraded to the Moto g (3rd gen) and it seems unsupported :(
I'm having problems but there's no trouble shooter and the website address isn't recognised? Can someone from max please help?
Hugely inaccurate with steps and distance I ran a 10k race recently and it only registered 6k
Easy to set up. Don't know what all the fuss was about. Good pedometer for the money. For it as a Groupon deal.
Love this watch, only thing I didn't like was had to go to the website for the full instruction booklet,
Works fine easy to use once get your head around it.
Rubish just get sync fail
Its good
Awful
Needs an update.. wont work with 4.4 jellybean or higher... a load of shite... why am not suprised only 10 in b and m
Have only had this for one day but am already frustrated that it doesn't sync very easily. Doesn't do Bluetooth so using the cable but taking forever. Not impressed so far so pleased I got it on offer. Wouldn't pay full price for this.
I mean for the price this thing is great, but the sleep thing doesn't always work, I'll set it and it will unset in the night sometimes. There is no option for manual sleep entry so now my figures are messed up.
Just found out by accident how to set for sleep. You have to press the button on the band twice quickly. The item struggles to sync and there is no proper instructions. As in it tells you how to set up your user info BUT what do the icons on the screen mean. Step counter is massively inaccurate. Emailed them and a week later no response. It is a poor mock up of a well known user friendly fitness band. I would give it 1 but it fits nice.
I bought this bracelet as a demo product from Avon so that I could try it out and potentially recommend it to my customers. The band itself comes with no instructions and I found out how to set it to track sleep by reading the reviews for this app after not being able to find ANY insight from the manuals. It's a good product so far but you need to give users more information on how to set up a personal profile and how to set modes such as sleep tracking mode.

Like the watch and pedometer functions but the backup and sync functions are poor. Have to try and sync 7 or 8 times before it connects which is rather frustrating.
Pleased I bought this on a deal and didn't pay full price. Still struggle to sync it occasionally. Not too sure about its accuracy. Walked 40 miles (65km) June 2015, started midnight, finished the same day and it only recorded 35 km! Also, the app is set up and displays imperial units, however, the tracker shows metric. How do I change it?
When syncing on 2nd day all of my data was wiped from app - would be 100% beneficial to have data write to pdf or transfer to computer to be printed for a better overview! Do that and you get 5 stars.
Really disappointed. Having problems syncing, doesn't track sleep and when you enter imperial units it comes up with completely different numbers from those entered. Would be good if you could add friends so you can challenge each other
Great app. One drawback no means to manual enter sleep time. I am forever forgetting to set fitness band to sleep mode. Otherwise easy to use and syncs with band easily.
Limited does not accept info loaded & will not sync
Love this app, once u understand the instruction manual it's really easy, I find pressing the button on the max as u sync, helps it sync without problems x
Sleep function not working
Save your money! Dont put on wrist because it counts hand movements.it doesnt sync at all and the blue tooth doesnt work all in all a big disappointment
Allows you to record what you did but it is inaccurate and not detailed enough to assist in anything. Not surprisingly the calories are just the distance. 1.10km is 110 calories. Ridiculous. Do not buy unless you want a pedometer. Just get a fitbit and pay the extra. And spelling mistakes? Calorles... Really? It's not even like you have a lot to check.
It's usually not bad but when you click to see activity on the bottom is says calorles instead of calories which probably should be seen to
The Bluetooth doesn't connect and it didn't come with any cables. Can't set the time. Basically, utter crap. Waste of money.
Thank you to Kev Morris for putting instructions in his feedback!! Much easier to use now! Thank you!
No instructions , wont sync , wont work may ofwell chucked my money down a drain
Everytime I try to connect to the app via Bluetooth it keeps saying connection timed out
Cannot sync my bracelet with the app, not with Jack and not with Bluetooth because app does not recognize Bluetooth hardware
Once you know how to work device and app it's Ok. It's bluetooth Ok, but take get use too. App interface is Ok and app is free.
The watch works fine syncing worked fine at first but last few days it won't sync. Very disappointed.

Glad I read the reviews on this product before I bought it as instruction book supplied tells you nothing on how to use it. Found sleep function by accident. To sync you need to press sync button on ap and button on watch at exactly the same time in order for it to work. Only time will tell on accuracy but for now I am happy. Glad I didn't pay full price though. Being a rep has its perks.
