Wristband

Install quickly, but only works once, i.e. after first discharge of the wristband new syncing impossible. Band is not recognised any more. Please don't spend time nor money on trying this product.

App works fine but the fitness tracker dose not. It counts every arm movement an not steps. Not accurate at all

I can't pair the device with the app, and the user manual don't give any clue about it, worst app and the worst device ever

well i have had it for three days and watched the video on how to use it and mine does not do most of the things in the video. it even said i was 20 steps shy of my goal, so i counted out and walked 40 steps that it did not count. i am rather disappointed....

Its okay but can't figure out how to change strive..... Its overly sensitive and that make it inaccurate. I have on 2 devices, wrist band has 800 steps more and I'm driving, not walking. App need some work

The only app i could find that would sync with my device. It is accurate at counting steps with proper height measurements. It is also a pedometer people, do not wear while driving or brushing your teeth, obviously it will have the same affect as standing there and shaking your pedometer.... Idiots.... Definitely don't wear it while swimming or showering....

I love the wristband because it does everything I was looking for in a activity tracker and more.

I cannot pair this device with my phone. Uninstalling asap :(

The only app that syncs with my device. But I would like more functionality. More settings. There's not even a 12/24 hour setting. Also my band is so dark I can't see the time in anything other than darkness. Setting changes for that would be nice. Finally a setting to turn off the annoying vibrate when I hit a certain percentage of my goal. Or change when it goes off at least.

Works very well with my Android smartphone. Activity tracker overestimates steps by approximately 20% compared to my Garmin GPS. So take that into account if you want accuracy of a step count. For the money, you cannot beat it.

This item has worked for 7 days and now the app will not sync to my wristband. The switch to turn on the Bluetooth jumps back to off as soon as I switch it to on. I've uninstalled the the app and I still get the same issue so I gave it 2 stars because it worked for 7 days. Disappointed

My wrist band is paired but it doesn't download data. Rubbish.

Am reading all the complaints about this product and all I know is that I set it up in abut 5 minutes time and everything works perfectly...no problems with Bluetooth syncing language military time etc...I think a lot of people like to complain about technology not working properly when they are the ones not working properly!

Worst app ever - never got it to work. Reading the broken English can be entertaining, however. I would use suggest using another product to "combat your sub-health."

Don't even worth my one star.

It paired OK, but that is as far as I got. It won't show the time and I need a watch. I got a notification for a text message but couldn't dismiss the notification so the clock never came back. I was hoping this would work. And I'm having doubts it is waterproof.

This stupid thing won't link with my wristband.

I had it on my last phone and loved it...my camera didn't work until i downloaded this app and used the remote control camera.

Updated moto e 2nd gen to Android 6.0 now doesn't link Bluetooth

Can't read my clock on the watch or app because the time is military time and not a standard 12 hour format

The app has great features but not all work. The reminders on my app aren't sent to my tracker and my husband can't share with face book on his it only goes thru messenger. Also tries to sync and turn blue tooth on at its own times. So I'm only giving it 3 stars because it needs some bugs worked out.

The app works fine apart from I am unable to set my daytime to end after midnight.The app tells you that you cannot set the daytime end earlier than the daytime start eg I cannot set daytime from 9am to 1am which ruins the app for us who are up after midnight :(

I put mine on leg above ankle to track true steps. On wrist counts every time arm moves.

Rubbish. Will not sync/connect to my phone. Have to use my sons phone to save my data. Good job I only need it for a month.
