Camera Updater

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I can't help it in this situation. The updater app could not find the camera. I reset the camera several times with no success. I even tried multiple Android devices and got nowhere fast. This camera was the worst purchase I ever made and I can only hope that others read the reviews of their apps before wasting their time and money.

I cannot update the camera. It keeps telling me to reset and I've done at least 6 times. Customer support is a joke.

Not worth the amount spent on the camera. How disappointed

How this company stays in business is a mystery to me. The app is beyond buggy, it I'd totally unreliable.

This app does nothing. Reset camera a billion times it won't even find camera. And to top it off my gyonii camera won't load to the app. Keeps making a buzzing sound if it ever does load and the app keeps signing me out

Even after resetting the camera and sitting 12inches from it, this app cannot find the wifi signal of the camera. Owner of GCW-1010 and having a lot of issues with the main app staying connected to the camera. Cannot use this with a netgear wifi extender either.

I am unable to find my camera's signal from the app, even sitting right next to the camera.
