2 cup of cow's milk
10 tsp lemon juice (can also use lime juice)
salt to taste
Oil to taste
Pepper sufficiently
Margarine to taste
Sugar to taste
How to make home cheese:
Pour the liquid cow's milk into a stainless pan together with pepper, margarine, and sugar. Cook over low heat
Stir slowly until milk boils. Never stop stirring because the milk can be charred.
After the milk is boiling, turn off the stove and let stand until the milk is warm
Add 10 tsp lemon juice to the milk. Let stand until the milk is cold.
Once given lemon juice, milk will separate into 2 parts. There are parts that are solid and there are parts that are liquid.
Stir until the two parts are mixed again for 5 - 10 minutes.
Then filter through using a filter cloth to separate the milk head (the solid part) with whey (the liquid part). The head of the milk will be cheese
Drain and press the head of the milk left in the juice to reduce the fluid and not get wet.
Open the juice and add a little salt if you want
Mix the cheese and salt, then press again to remove the remaining liquid.
Put the cheese in a mold or just left it alone so it is spherical.
Let stand until really cold and Cheese ready for consumption.
