A notepad for taking notes during a sermon, keeping verses, other notes and checklists.
**NOTE**: Backup before upgrading.
Only KJV is available - other versions are no longer available.
This donate version of 'Praise Notepad KJV' has the same functionalities as the free version.
By donating, you will be inspiring the developer to further enhance this app.
The notes from the free version can be restore to this version.
1. Do a backup in the free version from the menu
2. Do a restore (by selecting from the menu 'more/restore notes from free'.
3. Recreate the Labels (if needed) in the Pro version. (The notes are still labeled)
The notes db from the free version will overwrite this version.
Warning! All the notes in this version will be deleted when the free version is restored.
There is a similar version but without the Bible. Please find 'Note Stacks' in the Android Market
How to use:
- Click 'New Note' or 'Add Seg' to add a new note or new segment
- Click on 'VERSE' to add verses from KJV
- Long press to organise note: insert, cut/copy and paste segments
- Keep each segment short to avoid scrolling while editing
- Update note label and note type in view text mode

I love this app but I am not pleased with it altogether. I have the free version,then I purchased the app thinking that I would have more features but it doesn't. I would like to highlight certain things for quick pickup when I am ministering. Also, I sometimes put notes on my note 5, same app, but have to copy/paste to get them to my 10.1 tablet. What am I doing wrong? Please advise

This app is not perfect or super sophisticated but what it does it does surprisingly well! It lets you take long notes broken into Sections so you can use a phone as a tablet. And it lets you look up verses and Then add them to the notes, It is what we who live by the word of God need just to be able to ditch the pen and paper when listening to a speaker. I use both the Galaxy Note phone and also a Galaxy note 10.1 Tablet. This works great with both (although at this time the split window feature is not supported). Also, at this time only the KJV Is working for me, even with an Internet connection. But I am giving 5 stars because I have waited so long For an app like this.

This is the only app I know of that allows taking long notes. Notes broken into short sections so doesn't overtax tablet or phone (i have galaxy note devices). And it allows looking up verses while you are taking notes and then putting the bible text into the notes...all without leaving the simple interface. 4 stars not 5 because even with an Internet connection only KJV works. But I am glad I bought paid version to support more development. I would gladly pay more for a version with Dropbox integration.

I have been looking for this type of app! Would be even better if the UI were updated to the newer holo design and colors.

Although it is not listed in the features, it is very good for preparing a sermon or lesson outline with notes. The segments means that you can develop and work on each section independantly and then easily printout the whole note/topic as a lesson outline. This is a hobby for me. I have 500+ apps on each Samsung tablet and an SIII smartphone. I have tested 20 different note apps and this has become my favorite.
