Just downloaded the app and for 1, I can only listen to the intro and for 2, although the price is steep and the app is sketchy so I wouldn't even purchase the upgrade, ERROR kept popping up when I did select the 'Upgrade' option. I would suggest remaking this app with a rational upgrade price and better functions.

Only get Unit 1 then it's $29.00...that was disappointing. But the quizzes are the exact questions from previous editions of the book.

I like to purchase the product but I think I have to change cell phone again, mine is not working properly, if that happens do I have to purchase all over again?? It will be from Galaxy 6 to Galaxy 7... Please let me know! Thanks!

I absolutely love this app! You can take the quizzes as many times as you want. 20 questions each chapter. You basically memorize the answers one chapter at a time. I love the way they tell you how much you have done and need to do. If I didn't pass a quiz, I would keep retaking it until I scored a 100%. This was just what I needed to pass my exam today! Worth every penny!

I bought this app for $30 because another person in my class had it and it had a ton of features. After purchasing it was very clear that I did not have the same features. ie...the matching and much more. I'd like to get my money's worth with my Google app. Thank you

Well worth the investment, I really like the chapter overviews and being able to choose multiple chapters at once for quizzes.

I can't pay for the upgrade. I want to, but it won't let me pay. I don't know why my card is invalid.

Three hours after upgrading and none the videos or audio work

I paid for the upgraded version and I still can't use the audio or the videos. I bought the upgraded version more than 1 day ago.

Will not play audio past unit one. At the bottom of my screen it's not downloading nothing

Wish you didn't have to pay 30 dollars just to upgrade this app. I am already paying to take the class why do i need to spend more money on something that could help me better myself in the class. I was really excited when I discovered this app til I realized I had to pay an extra 30 buck to upgrade, Maybe you should consider that the people who are downloading this app are needing some extra help to further their education with real estate and cut them a break and either have this for free or a small rate.

I was so excited that I'd be able to listen to key facts as opposed to bringing the big textbook everywhere. However later realized that many of the chapters have glitches and do play all the way through. The app continues to stop and shutdown by itself. This is SO frustrating and disappointing. I want my money back!

Dont know how helpful it is yet bc i juss purchase but there isnt any errors with the app like many people said below. I also agree app is bit pricey but cant complaint if ppl think it is expensive then plz stay away from it and spend time on your own. I will chang to 5 star if you add the function for playlist. So i dont need to start audio after every few mintues.

They just need to fix the glitches on android.on Iphone it runs perfect i would give it 5 stars and say it was worth the 29 bucks.. but on android the sound from the audio can get crazy if you tap it more than once or twice. If you contact support they will get back to you with concerns which is a good thing. The developer should try to: 1.fix the audio chapter mp3s and 2. set them up like a playlist so they can run continuously if you choose for uninterrupted listening.

I'm not sure if I'm missing audio or if the paid version is supposed to only have 3-5 minutes of audio per section? It clearly cuts out mid word in a few of them, I've tried clearing the downloaded files and uninstalling and reinstalling via the play store, and the message that acknowledges that I paid shows up, but the length of the audio clips remains the same after downloading, pretty disappointed. The flashcards are well done, but $30 for just flashcards is kind of a hard sell.

I paid for the upgrade to use this app while mobile. I cannot play 90% of the audio or video files. Update downloads do not actually add any media. For me this app is broken and worthless. Wish I could have my money back. I paid for this upgrade over a month ago, still not fixed.

Great app it helps a lot...the quizzes brought up My PSI score...I would definitely recommend it,not to mention the narrators voice is soothing!!!

App took my upgrade money, didn't download the upgrade and only gave me error message. Had to get refund from Google, but I still need the app. Desperate for this app for class. Please help.

Something's wrong here. I can only access a few things-the introduction only. No videos, only chapter one. Everything I click on brings up a box saying 'Upgrade Required' for $29.99. I already paid that amount. NOT HAPPY.

Nothing new here. Questions are same as book. How do i get my money back?

I have a question about the question in the app. are the same questions that are in the end of the each chapter? I saw in simple questions on the app photo they are same question that are end of the chapters. plz reply

Found this app to be an amazing help, great study referances and the practice test are so worth the money to get full access wish I would have heard of this at thw start of class instead of the middle of the term. But its been amazing and help get me where I needed to be.

Unit 4 question 20 pg 65 is stated incorrectly in the app. In reference to the termination of an easement. The answers were the same bt one of the options were written incorrectly. Love the app bt I wonder if n what other small mistakes there may be.

Says it's free, so I enjoyed unit one audio review for free, when I clicked to move on to unit 2 it asked for $29 to upgrade. If I pay the $29 does that give full access??

I installed this app 3 days ago and I love it. The parts that work anyway. I can't access the audio or video that was "fixed" and only suppose to take a few extra minutes to install. I even tried reinstalling the app. The flashcards and quizzes are great though.

I thought the quiz was helpful.

Wants you to pay in order to use it, but says it's free. $30 for each category!!! Eeek!!!
