The app isn't letting me see the new schedule. I missed my bus!!!!

The only issue I'm having is favoriting bus stops. It's nice to see the times quickly rather than having to search everytime . I've tried numerous times to favorite bus stops, but it doesn't work. I have one bus stop that is actually in the list, but it took quite a while to make it work. If this could be fixed, I'd be fully content.
