Ride Smart Bus

This app went down for maintenance about a month ago and during that time it was completely unusable. Since it's been back up, I've noticed no improvements and all of a sudden, the Favorite Routes button doesn't work. Everytime I want to look up a certain route I have to scroll through the entire fleet of busses, which is ridiculous. Please fix this!

This All run a good. Has a nice GPS tracker. And other simple things. Can't ask for moreUPDATE1 so for some reas9n, I can't favorite any routes or stops since the last update. At least it works well otherw8se, and the RTA stops are included now!

Don't bother downloading or depending on everyone should just delete the app the bus drivers disconnect their tracker when they want to play around. Horrible Smart is becoming more and more like DDot the service and costumer service is a -1/10 step it up or change professions

I was stranded at the mall for almost 3 hours last night because the app gave me the wrong arrival time.

This app and company are a joke. Bus trackers are turned off most of the time. The bus drivers have terrible attitudes and rude when asked bus information.i could get over these things if the bus was on time, or even close.

This company is horrible, it's scheduling department incompetent. This app is completely useless. I've been in-between two stops. App reads bus has left stop "a" on way to stop "b" there's no bus. You're actually better off walking. You'll get to your destination before you even see a bus. The only thing more useless than this app, is the company.

No schedule, I have no idea where the bus will take me. I'm scared to even ride the bus since I left Detroit because the suburban transit is f***ed, or at least this app is

Relatively accurate. Somewhat useful for seeing when a like route bus will show up. It does not work for shuttles. And has been inaccurate more than its fair share of times. It's more of a problem with smart itself than the app. The trip planner is an absolute joke though.

I had no problems at all with this app but ​within the last week or so, it takes 99 years to load. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it's still acting up. I'm going to uninstall until you all get it together or I find a better app

Hasnt worked in a week. When i called to ask whats up and if the company could let me know if a bus was going to be on time they said they cant even see their own busses, wtf. So they need the app to even tell whats going on with their busses???. That seems like a big security issue to me. Tax dollars hard at work huh.

This app hasnt worked in 3 days. Im tired of standing outside in the cold in hopes of a bus. They rarely ever run by the schedule so Im just literally standing out here freezing looking stupid

It doesn't do absolutely anything?! When you attempt to go into the bus schedules it's blank, nothing to show? Wow, this is awkward business pride!!! Why haven't they just removed it, why would they keep an app here for downloading if nothing?!!?

CURRENTLY THE APP HAS NOT BEEN WORKING WHICH IS NOT GOOD FOR PPL WHO RELY ON PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SMART HAS ISSUED OUT A EMAIL THAT SAYS IT WOULD BE FIXED IN A COUPLE OF DAYS BUT STILL NO FIX SO THIS IS VERY INCONVIENT RIGHT NOW BUT OUTSIDE OF THAT I USED TO LOVE THIS APP

Blank screen for past two days aftr uninstalling & reinstallation it still isn't working!!

App was working perfect for a year straight, I lived by this app and now since March it just stopped working and nobody is addressing the issue

The app is not showing the routes for the bus it was working fine now its acting up

- Needs internet connection, even to view times (no local cache) - Crashes constantly - Busses often don't even display on map

Is better than the ddot app this app actually works but is not 100 percent accurate but close enough.

Doesn't work I can even get it show the schedule times. Was working then suddenly stopped.

Doesn't work haven't for days now been late 4 work cause the buses run late

Needs improvement. And the bus tracker hasn't been working for at least 24 hrs.

I have used similar apps in other large metro areas. This app is okay but needs work. The route listings are probably the best part of the app. The Trip Planner doesn't seem to work well unless you select way points on a bus route. Being able to see stops on the map is really cool and the fact that the stops show which routes pick up and drop off at those locations. A good enhancement would be to show the next estimated pickup time for each bus listed at the stop. The GPS location of busses is too slow.

Shows bus in tracker about 3 to 8 minutes or up to 2 or 3 miles behind actual position, also this is done from an excellent WiFi connection I should have no problems.... Fix for 5*

The tracker app is useless, it won't show you where the bus is unless its within 25 minutes of your stop, as well as totally inaccurate. Sat at four minutes till arrival for ten minutes yesterday and then it just said 3 minutes for the 15 mile and here it is ten minutes later, says nothing and I know I didn't miss the bus... Fix this app please

Can u make it so I can plan a route showing stop by stop and multiple stops

I tryed call smart bus but yall are closed yall need to tell us if a bus is broke down smh people have places to be.. And we depend on the buses

Buses run 9 minute ahead of projected arrival times. Missed many buses giving this a chance. I'll stick with the schedules at the bus stop. I can't trust this app anymore.

Useless, the tracker doesn't work

All it does is load. I try to refresh it and reinstall it and it keeps loading, not working.

Excellent Bus route & real time information on both expected arrivals and departures. Bravo!!!
