The Cambridge Bookshelf for Android
When trying to buy any ebook using my android, there is error message say: Authentication required, try to sign in to your google account. Already I signed in and I don't know how can I buy the ebook I need.
However, UI is highly recommended to be improved such as Play/Next/Previous button—you may make a bar to get more accuracy with fingertip— it's hard to tap on those small buttons, Material design for the main page, etc.
This app actually doesnt work. You cant download study material and this is a crap app. Its just a kind of Prank app

Hi. I bought a book and it has a code. So I put it into the app but the online book has some pages which aren't readable. Could you help me? I'm using Nexus 5x.

"An error occurred. Please restart your download." said your App. when I download paid books from your bookshelf but in the case of sample book, there's no problem. I tried again and again but it doesn't show any progress in downloading. It says 0% all the time. I am not able to download any paid ebook. Please resolve this issue and update your app. Thanks.
I have bought a book from Cambridge. With the promise of using it on my tablet I paid extra for the e version. It won't load properly. The sounds don't line up with the texts and writing is jumbled. Please fix this as I'm feeling ripped off and frustrated about the outcome. Was hoping to use this in my ESL class.

Somehow I can't buy a book. Please solve the problem.
Keep getting "Authentication required. Please sign in to your Google account" error when trying to purchase ebooks. Furthermore, the app IT support made no effort to solve my problem and afterwards stopped responding to my inquiries. Very disappointing experience. EDIT: IT support responded, but in the end informed me that the in app purchase functionality is not currently supported in their Android app. I don't see a purpose of this app other than buying ebooks, but so be it...

I get the 'authentication error' only when trying to buy Face2Face intermediate, and that's the one I need for my lessons. Please fix this issue as I can see I'm not the only one.
