Recharge application has 2 modules.
SMS Based Recharge (Offline)
GPRS Based Recharge (Online)
Gmail based Recharge(online)

SMS Based Recharge (Offline)
SMS Based Recharge works by sending SMS from your SIM Card to our Server Number, so please make sure that you have configured PIN Correctly.
Normal Messaging Charges Applies for each request.

GPRS Based Recharge (Online)

GPRS Based Recharge uses GPRS connection to communicate with our Server.
GPRS/Data Charges Applies.

Handling Recharge Disputes
If itâs a direct counter recharge then please collect amount only after customer got the recharge balance.
If any transaction is marked as SUCCESS and your account has been debited and recharge not received from the operator then within next 2 hours refund will be applied to your account and the transaction status will update as Reversed.
The above system will work perfectly in almost all cases in case if amount is not getting reversed for failure transactions please Raise a Dispute Ticket.

Reporting Disputes
Go to Report Dispute and enter your Transaction ID and Send.

Checking Transaction Status
Go to Check Dispute and enter your Transaction ID and you will get the Status of the transaction.

Credit Transfer
You can transfer Recharge Balance to your Retailer, Distributors or Customers from the Credit Transfer option.Please note you should have the privilege to this task. For more details please contact your Distributor.
