Timer for Toastmasters

A timer that counts down from a configured duration and alerts in different appearance (green->yellow->red->applause) around timeout.
It greatly facilitates the "Timer" role in Toastmasters activity. However, it can also be used in any scenarios where timing control is needed, like speech, meeting, etc.

The default alert setting complies to Toastmasters convention but you can change it as you want.
