Very Nice Bus

Worst communication c& reliability of travels & staff both. My departure time was 9 and they left before picking me up without any intimation. Now I am going in another bus to catch my original bus at Karjan hotel . Horrible experience.

Overall it's good app..But sometime it is behaving weirdly... I was unable to do payment for my bus booking since it was giving payment mismatch error... Although payment amount will be given by this app only...

Not good service and also Delhi to Ahmedabad long travelling and no TV and any good facilities so bad set are also not clean and smells is not good I didn't travel next time to Gujarat travel

Not bus service it is truck only load goods. Bus took 4 hours to cross nashik from shirdi Bus starts from shirdi but still it is in nashik Don't use this bus service again not bus service only advertising good Worst service ever I seen Don't use gujarat travels

It's a pathetic bus service ever seen. It's like a Mumbai local train. Stops every corners to collect passengers....Also driver was seen consuming alcohol while driving...

Traveling first time from Pune to Ajmer. Worst experience. Its like a local bus keep picking and dropping passengers in every city.Bus dropped for almost 7hours delay.Always delay

I was travelling from Jodhpur to Pune. Last location was Padmavati but it left me on Wakad only and tell me that the bus will not go to Padmavati. One of the worst travelers. Never again travel by Gujarat travels

Very bad service and behaviour of driver and conductor i travelled from Ahmedabad to pun on 13th feb and time to reach pune was 8 am but till the time we reached bombay only and then to driver was stopping bus for local coustomer when i told him that i want to reach pune early he said our salary are very low and this is only our source of income

Worst crew members. They have sold the seats which was booked by me. They have converted the bus into shuttle rickshaw causing miserable situation to other passenger and also the delay.

worse apps ever I have seen.. I tried to book ticket but it just surfing .. And there were just surfing..after 1 hour just surfing... And at last no result

It's to bad

I am traveling in Gujarat Travels seravl times but today on 10 December 2016. I feel the service is too poor. Crew member has no sense how to talk and have to behave. This time I am totally disappointed by service and many other things. Please improve it.

Crew members have no manners while talking with the passengers. They have stopped bus for dinner at very cheap Dhaba (actually it was not Dhaba, it was very cheap bar) where very cheap people drunken badly. I'm not prefer this bus with family.

On 30 Dec met with an accident. on 31 I travel from Pune (Mh) to udaipur(Rj) approx 1000 km journey. thanks to GT to make my journey comfortable.

Worst behavior by the crew.. Today my bus baroda to kharghar brokedown at sion.. Abd they give no refund..

Its very bad designed app. There is no selection for future date as well as timings are not showing. Use less app.

Wifi not given to any customer who booked tickits

I have made 2 payment attempts..but both times payment deducted and ticket booking failed. My money stucked.

They sent a sms for booking through App and get 10 % discount but there is nothing mentioned in the app

Buses showed in gallery are not similar which are running on roads.
