Menstrual Calendar

First off, let me say that the app is functional and helpful. My wife has been using it for our entire married life. The problem is that it has been abandoned and there is no way to get the data from the last several years out of the app into a useable format for our doctor. The app backup is a .Json file and is confusingly only translated​ from within this abandoned app. We've emailed the developer several times now to try and retrieve the data to add it to a spreadsheet, but have gotten no response. The Apple version of the app will not be compatible with their new OS and my wife, who is an Apple user, is going to lose the ability to view the data and use the app. Has anyone in the community of users got a solution to this, the developer is incommunicado.

I have this app on my iPhone, had it for 2 years. Finally decided to upgrade to premium and then I also updated my iOS. The new OS doesn't support this app. They said the app needs to be upgraded. I've complained but nothing. Went ahead to download the app on my samsung thinking I'd be able to restore my details from the old account. Apparently that's impossible. I'm so pissed because that other one has every single detail about my cycle seeing as I have an erratic cycle. I really don't know what to do.

I've been using this app for MONTHS without issue, and then as of today I'm locked out. Apparently the most recent update switched this from a genuine free app to a timed trial. There's no information on how long that trial lasts, just that it is timed. Now the app is completely locked. I can't even checked previous dates without shelling out money for the premium version--which has no added features, by the way, they just want you to pay for it. Seems legit, right? Uninstalling.

I guess I only have myself to blame for not reading the comments. But it should still be much clearer that this is a timed trial which will stop working after it is up.

It won't let me access my data unless I upgrade. That's months worth of monitoring my cycle completely lost. I feel held to ransom

Had this app for around 3 or 4 years on two different phones, and now It wants me to pay because it is now a "timed trial", it never was beforehand..

Good app.... Just misnamed should be Trial app... Would of probably used and purchased... But just going to delete and use a different tracker.

Don't lose your time with this one. It's just a free trial. You save your information and then you have to pay. And I read that they don't save to the new version... Waste of time!!!

It's the best period tracker app I've found. My only problem is, after a certain point of using it, you have to pay for it. You can't even go back and review past entries once you've used up the "trial" version.

As much as I like this app it would have been nice to know I was downloading a trial. I'm unable to spend money on anything as trivial as a menstrual app and after about a week of using this you'll be told you have to buy it for $3.99.

I used to adore this app until they made it as trial version, and after, all of your data would't be updated in the payed version. Not cool. I will try to download it again and use it again, but i don't like the idea of remembering that i will lost it again after 1 year...

Why do I have to pay again for the premium when I already paid? Just because I got a new phone? You'd think with technology today that you wouldn't have to. Theres no sign in option. Too bad. I really liked this app.

I've had this app for YEARS and now I can't use it because my "trial is up"?!? Since when did that happen?? This app is or WAS the best menstrual app and now, like every other app they changed it around. I guess it's a lost cause.

No where when you download does it say this is a trial download. That's just wrong. I wrote down all my data and I am uninstalling today. Nice business practice.

I JUST REALIZED THIS APP SAYS "TIME LIMITED", WHICH MEANS YOU MUST BUY IT TO KEEP USING IT. AND THIS WAS WRITTEN IN HIDDEN AREA OF DESCRIPTION SO IT WAS LIKE A FRAUD. But app itself is nice. Helps me a lot to keep my temperature data every morning.

This could use some way to input a day where you found out you were pregnant and had your baby since that does have an effect on your cycle.

Tried out different menstrual apps, thought this one would work, though doesn't allow you to note spotting. Now after 5 months, informed me that this was trial and to continue use, had to pay. Can't even access what I notes I have already entered. Can't recommend this app

I really enjoy this app. Unfortunately, every time I upgrade my cell, ALL of my information is gone & I have to start everything from scratch! It drives me CRAZY because I've had this app for many years now & I go through this all the time. I've stayed this long bc I paid for the Pro app, but I'm tired. If it wasn't bc I use it for my doctors need I would of dropped this app a long time ago. If anyone knows an app like this which actually saves into the app/playstore & I could pull it up with any cell/tablet/PC/laptop etc. Pls post. Thanks!

When I switched to android, I had to find a new app. I liked this one, until I had to pay to use it!! This is not free, it is a trial!!! Horrible way to get people to use it, then they lose their info.

I've had this app close to 4 years. Planned 2 pregnancies with it and stayed away from getting pregnant also.. love it

After entering all my info it now says I have to buy premium app to continue. And you can't view info anymore. This app sux!

I have a slew of issues with all the parts in my pelvic area. I have used this to track my cycle and my symptoms for 8 months now. I upgraded to the premium.

It doesnt store your info and it doesn't restore or recognise that you paid for an upgrade. Waste of time and money I want a refund

Great app, but deceiving as you have to pay after a free trial. So not a free app. Should state that from the beginning. Otherwise great.

I've had this app for years and used to like it. I got a new phone years ago and my history didn't transfer over when it was time to get a new phone So I bought the premium version to make sure I wouldn't lose data anymore. I backed up the info and tried to get it sent to my third phone but it's still not working. I'd love some guidance if it's user error, but I'm mad that it's not working.

Been using this app for years now. Helped me track my PMDD and conceive my last two children and I use the free trial.

So upset that this is a trial and not a free app. I had a free version of this exact app on my iPhone that I never had to pay for and could track almost everything, so when I switched to android I went here first. Especially since I could import my backed up data. Now it's telling me my "trial" is up and I have to pay to add anything. VERY disappointed!

I have this on my phone and paid for the full app, however, I'd like to be able to check it on my tablet. I've downloaded it with the same Google account but my information isn't there. What gives?

Didn't say that it was only a trial and now I have to upgrade to premium to continue. Bait and switch. This should not be labeled free!!!!!

So frustrated I entered in all my info for months just to be told I had to pay $3.99 to continue using it. If they had just been honest from the beginning I wouldn't be so upset.

I really liked this app, but they should say you have to pay from the beginning. This baiting people with a "free" app, and then once they get so used to the app, make them upgrade. Terrible business practice. I probably should complain to Google Play. There should be a separate category for trial based apps. That way users aren't surprised and forced to pay.

I used this perfect app for a long time now and today just as I opened it, received the message that I need to upgrade to have access to all the prev data. Didn't expect to face such thing as it was never mentioned before. :( So disappointed

This is only a trial version and you can't use it long before you can't do anything with it because you must pay for the premium version. This version should be a full app with the premium version having much more features. Fix and I would gladly give 5 stars.
