Fixed some issues with Navigation Drawer Icons on larger devices.
Merged Chat and Friends into the same list. To get to your open chat conversations you now need to go to your friends list from the Navigation Drawer
To open a chat session with a friend you must select them from your friends list and pick chat from the popup.
