I just bought Berlin. Then it didn't downloaded, I closed the app, then opened it again. I tried to open the guide and it says to buy it again and if I try it shows the message saying that I already bought it. I want a refund!

It's got a lot of good features and useful guides, but it has a lot of trouble connecting to the WiFi to make an account/log in so I can't save anything offline or access what was already saved. Quite irritating honesty. I'll be keeping the app hoping for an update but just write down the addresses and use another app to find my way.

On opening the app and trying to sign up it tells me there is no internet connection. All other apps are fine. Hopefully this gets fixed soon, I'll keep it for now.

What's the deal? Before you could download any guide for free.. now you have to pay money to unlock them.. all I can say is: how could you expect people to pay when they can just get any other travel guide for any city they want for free? True, your guides are good, but they're not that good. Uninstalled.
