OR Business Management Conf.

The 2017 OR Business Management Conference will take place January 30-February 2, at the New Orleans Marriott. This interactive, informative conference provides participants with the opportunity to learn about the most up-to-date operating room practices, develop ways to optimize efficiencies in surgical services, and network with fellow industry professionals and colleagues. The focus is on developing and improving critical thinking skills, as well as understanding cost components and the overall financial management of the OR. During group breakout sessions, attendees will work on projects to hone their strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
