You will need two memory cards for this trick. Save enough money to buy a car that you want and all the changes you want in the car. Keep in slot 1 with all their money. Then the cars and all the mods you want to buy, and then save the game cartridge slot 2. Slot 1 and then go shop for slot 2. Buying a car that you just changed. Vehicles will only be charged the retail price.
