Confusing in the way it functions not much information on process of booking and every request appears rejected with no explanation. In addition the application always appears offline in a wifi enabled area tried in more than 4 different locations. The listings are very well organized and are displayed well, but for now that's all it does I'm afraid.

Hello, I booked 2 huts at Camp San Francisco and when we reached there we found out that there were bugs & cockroaches in the room, hence we left the rooms the next minute and we also tried to communicate with the hotel authorities but they didnot give anykind of response. We were very dissatisfied with your services that you give such hotels a prefrence to be on your site which is ruining your reputation. Finally I would like to conclude that I need FULL 100% REFUND of the payment made by me of INR.3450. That too by the end of the day tomorrow as I have to book other hotel. I had 3 of my guests with me.who just trusted me on my decisions and I have given them such an experience. I would like a compensation for the inconvenience caused by.your.side as well as the Hotels.!!!!

I paid 20℅ of my booking (I'd 9RXDL) but on arrival hotel refuse for check-in saying they don't have any booking from guesthouser. Please refund my 20℅ paid amount.

I am uninstalling this app as from last 2-3 days i am trying to find booking in Goa but this app shows that something went wrong. I'm sure nothing is wrong with the network. So app needs to be developed properly so that smaller bugs get eliminated. Thank you.

I downloaded it, logged in, and I can't even choose the city I want to go to. I can Seaforth for it, but when I find it, I can't select it. Such a waste if space. Thanks for nothing.

First we had a bad experience that the place we choosed guesthousers couldnt provide us but then they made it by given us a free stay at one of the exotic villa the services were excellent the staff and customer service people were polite...ll recommend everyone this website...thanks to the team we had a wonderful and pleasant stay

Far better than stayzilla , better rent options than goibibo. Best customer support and really quick response. Best app to book for a group of people. Guys must have it. Book your trips through this app

Awesome upgrade

They try to bait users by showing lower rates and pay on arrival servicw, but when you try to book, they will reject you, just so that they can upsell you to accomodations with higher rates. Terrible customer service and business attitude.

Most unhelpful app... The system of booking is bad... At time of booking request rooms are there but in 5 mins no booking are available...

Very bad experience, your invite button doesn't work at all. Fine, but how could you access my contacts and send invitation to my friends without my notice? Creepy app. If you do not know how does an invite button works, there are millions of apps in play store, just have a look

An absolute rubbish company that does not have any basic work flow. Would not recommend anyone to opt for guesthousers, unless you want to fall in a trap.
