I used the app, then get told during the "express check-in" line that the app didn't work, that I needed to go stand in another line to check in the standard way.

Updated reservation and it showed immediately what the cost of the trip would be. If traveling with others you can do the packing list and send it out. And you can book through it. I'd rather check in there. I get excited just walking into Compass. They know my face!
