Propel HD Video Drone Wifi

The app keeps crashing when I try to watch the videos. Plus it saves in avi. Format which is hard for video players to play. It's the only app for this awesome x-11 drone, please help.

Im confused becuase i have and android phone, and im not sure wether it is a sky rider or quadrocopter, also i dont know which app to use it is uncapatible with google play ,': what do I do to watch the vid live on the drone?

The video feed was very delayed. To the point of making it useless. The drone itself gets a 4-star pretty good for the price.

I am trying to download the cloud rider app. Either it is not available or it says it is not compatible. I have android 5.0. Terrible customer service. I'm returning it.

So I'm trying to connect my phone to my drone but it is not connecting even when I go to Wi-Fi settings it is not popping up

when i search for Propel Cloud Rider 2.0 HD on Google the app is not available. I can’t find it on the Propel website either. now where can i find the app?
