About Track My Intervals
Use Track My Intervals to create your own interval training circuits. Once you have created your circuits, Track My Intervals will keep track of the entire workout including time, distance, speed, pace and calories burned. Use it to enhance your training regiment and increase your performance.
Features (Free version):
- Create circuits with time based intervals.
- Choose to track distance, pace and speed during your workout or not.
- Circuits can be run from start to finish or can loop infinitely.
- All workouts are stored and can be viewed immediately following the workout or at a later time.
- Workouts show aggregated workout stats as well as stats for each interval.
- Workouts that track your distance also display a map of your workout with color coding for each interval.
- Track your workouts in either miles or kilometers.

- Two additional circuit types: Distance and Self-Paced.
- Distance circuits use distance traveled for each interval. This is the only interval training app to do this.
- Self-paced circuits do not have a trigger. You decide when the interval is over. Your time, distance, pace, speed and calories will be tracked for each interval so you can see your performance improvements.
- All workouts include a graph of your statistics.
