Warning :- Bad.. Please uninstall this app guys! Last to last night I booked a cab.In the cab it rejected 5-7 requests. I was shocked and was cursing myself that why I booked a cab but we don't have any choices despite being booking a cab from GTS car rental app, so I did and then the driver was this much illmanered that I can't express you all to him... GUYS PLEASE DON'T INSTALL THIS APP...

I booked a cab a day in advance, 3hrs before the booking time I called them up only to know that my booking has been cancelled because there's no cab available by a rude unapologetic customer service representative. Horrible service and an epitome of unprofessionality. A poorly made app from a small business is understandable but not upholding the basic principles of courtesy and customer service is not. Never Again.

I recently had a horrible experience with GTS. Despite of having a pre-booking on the eve of HOLI, it got cancelled just before 30 mins from the time of pick up. No explanation was provided. Dont go for GTS. Terrible service.

No field for coupon code in the app. And it makes it impossible to use mobile version.

Poorest service. They can cancel your booking anytime as per their wish. STOP using GTS

I regret booking gts for my journey frm doon to Meerut . I n my two kidd were made to get down from the gts cab on the way by a police man reason being they had inappropriate documents. their cab was seized. We had to hire another cab standing on the highway with our luggage. It was embarrassing n scary. There were monkeys all around and I had my kids n eatables with me....Gts can you compensate for the my time loss and the humiliation I faced? Can I trust you with my nxt return booking on 14th march

Never seen this rental company following even the basic practices. Not punctual, rude and unprofessional call centre advisors and what not. I booked a cab for 2AM and the driver called me up exactly at 2AM asking for my location. Wow!! What a professional company!! So instead of picking me up at 2am which he should be doing,he was just enquiring about my location. Guys,dont waste your time on this company.

The most stupid and unreliable cab service in dehradun. You really need to reach somewhere dont take there cabs. Its just a online platform with every tom dick harry as vendor. Avoid them

Made a booking for Chandigarh to Dehradun for October 14 early morning. Got a call late the previous evening tellingmw thw booking was canceled. I rescheduled my visit for the next morning and called them twjce to confirm. They confirmed the booking. When I got ready the next morning and checked my phone for driver details I saw they had sent a cancellation message late the previous night with no phone call. On phone they refuswd to acknowledge my booking. Horrible service. Will be going to consumer court.

Very unprofessional people, don't rely on them.I booked two cabs for delhi well in advance but day before journey they cancelled the booking by simply saying that cab is not available

Good It's not that bad like people have written... I'm a permanent user of GTS since past 6 months.. Its decent enough.....

I am still in CAB. AC is not working properly. Not comfortable. This is second time I am facing this ki d of service. Very pathetic.

RUDE...ILL MANNERED..DVR. The trip from dehradun to igi airport was agreed for Rs 2800 plus toll. However on reaching destination driver asked for 3000 and call centre also said so. With threat that if call record shows otherwise I'll be charged for next booking. On asking if I am right what penalty will be imposed on company, my reward will to pay as agreed! Driver didn't go two km offroute as fare was fixed...fair enough however at airport he asked me to pay as per km. @#$%&@$ escape this fraud company.

Will not recomend it drivers are very rude and service is very very poor. Booked a cab from delhi to Dehradun booking was from 1 pm driver came at 2:30 noone was receiving the call and he was not even aware of the way, he was roaming in delhi till 5:30 and when we complained that why are you so late he abused us to drop us at midway and to book another taxi his taxi number was 7T5462 name rajiv kumar very very rude and pathetic service never ever book from this service

Had an appointment for 1045a. The driver didn't show up by 1100a. When I called the driver was still 30 mins. away. I canceled the booking and complained to customer service. There was no offer of credit for the inconvenience & wasted time. Ridiculous policy, if you are 30 mins. over your 4 hours booking, you have to pay for 8 hours. No pro-rated pricing for extra hours or km. Do yourself a favor and don't use their service. Use Ola.

Booked a cab from Delhi airport to Dehradun. Pick up time was 12.40 pm but the cab did not appear till 2. Nobody called from the call center neither the driver..It was really a bad experience with GTS..
