Really very stupid application is no working proper

Worst service. Customers are treated like garbage. Problems like disconnection which are so so frequent take minimum of 2-3 days to get solved. The customer care helpline is always "busy" and takes 10-15 min for someone to pickup. If my broadband connection works continuously for a week i consider it a miracle.
1- I hate logging in everytime I open the app, need a "keep me logged in" option 2- need a widget that shows total usage within 24 hours, I hate adding downloaded MBs of every session time through out the day. 3- in usage details tab, latest session time should be on the top and earlier session times should be on the bottom, not vice versa. 4- need a speed limiter, I have 10mbps plan and some video streaming websites don't have quality reduction options, so I end up spending 2-3 GBs on one video. I don't want that to happen.
Worst service. If the Internet goes down - good luck contacting their customer support. The app is of no use. You can't even generate a support ticket. I wish I had gone with Airtel - sure it's a bit costly but with them I don't suspect you end up with no internet connectivity for a week at least a month.
Worst internet service provider Take the money first then no service at all. If you are a business person then I strongly recommended not to buy their service, they even don't bother about their existing long term customers... Ranjeet
Terrible and irritating. It's not logging in even after entering true username and password but on browser works fine I called customer care but no help.. Update app for better user experience.
Worst service ever. Never recommend yo other. If you take GTPL connection than you are foolish. Connectivity is lost often. You can't compliant them. Actually they dont want to resolve your complain.
cant submit complain through this app! and error 651 is very often on gtpl. if i have to call customer care evry time to notifiy complain than what is the use of app button to complain
I lived in Paldi, Ahmedabad.. having a broadband connection of GTPL... From last one week our whole area's broadband network is not working... From your App a complaint page is not working... Your call centre is continuously busy from last 4 days.. never faced such a poor service in my life from any provider
This does not lodge complain from support system by saying "Invalid Detail". I have complained in customer care regarding this but they don't seem interested in correcting the problem. Gtpl is very amateur

Worst service ever, everyday they turnoff my connection around 10PM. And I can't register complaint online and on call they are mostly busy.
Worst ISP. they take payment in advance then 1) NO service at any time. 2)Can't complain via online site always give error. 3)Can't complain via troll free number at first time always busy we have to try more than 10 times than it will connect and even after connect we have to wait more 5 to 10 minutes for their man to comeup on line 4) This app also waste of time because it also gives error for registering complain. Over all experience is worst.their plan are good but if we take 12 months plan than we will get only 11 months because their net will be off almost for 1 month by combining all individual days because of their bad service.
Vaahiyaaat App ever... Tried to register complain and the almighty app says incorrect details.. Although none of the technical person ever visited after complaining...
Poor service every other day their network is either slow or disconnected. And when you complain. Next day you get SMS that your problem is solved. But your problem is still there. And this app if you try to generate ticket it says invalid credentials. Waste of money.
I don't know why all have given negative reviews or whether I'm too lucky. I'm using a 4 mbps unlimited plan in Jamnagar and it never disappointed me. I always get the max speed of my bandwidth and there's hardly a downtime of an hour during the whole month. In case of technical issue the local agent barely responds but if you call the customer care number then they send a technician by the next day of complaining. My other option was BSNL which is so pathetic that it gets disconnected when you start streaming videos. Overall very good experience with GTPL broadband and affordable plan of 4mbps unlimited at Rs. 8000 for 6 months.

Worst app can't register my cable always shows invalid sr.no or mobile no. These peoples r pathetic and only wants people can know they also have android app whether it is working or not.
Pathetic...It gives option to renew Cable TV Package. When we proceed it says. "The facility is not available for you".. To app banai hi kyu jab renew nai karne dena tha..
One of the third class service is gtpl. Gtpl means ghatiya tattai poor labad service. In month 18 days it dsnt work.cust care is sadak chhap. Guys dont waste ur money in this 3rd class service.
Pathetic service.. Rarely 7 days getting network in whole month... They r not giving the speed like their plan... I just moving from gtpl Not support from customer care also. They r just chitting with us
Complain can't register with this app, always getting the invalid detail for 651 error, from morning to late evening always 651 error is on screen

Third class application as GTPL's customer support. Can't log complain as it always say "invalid detail" not even through phone call They are not receiving call or disconnecting it.
unable to login for my broadband login id and password. stupid app from gtpl. useless. you should fix it and then launch

Very Wrost update in Broadband section you can not complaint online on technical issue when try to submit technical complaint it says it is already in selfcare category

Need improvement I can't see my usage in my gtpl app. Every time it displays different used data volume. Pl correct it.
