General:
GuestTel allows hotel guests to 'connect like locals'.
This 4-in-1 app packs the most comprehensive support & resources into a single consumer app, moreso than any other city or hotel-based app on the market today.
By combining a multi-departmental guest-services module together with a full-services Cityguide, combined with a merchant offers portal, Plus hotel information screen, hotel guests have all the resources they need to help them streamline their stay.
The GuestTel App is also completely transferrable to another GuestTel equipped hotel, where it will then customize itself to the brandID and all features within the hotel, while becoming guest & room specific upon checkin.
Guest-Services module:
To connect them to their hotel, GuestTel offers a Guest-services module that connects guests directly to any department or staff member.
To ensure guest/room specificity, the app is connected to the hotel property-management-system software, and upon check-in, the customer is given a hotel-app activation code, with which the guest's app 'auto-checks' them in, so that orders and requests always come from the right guest and room to the right guest.
Everything from in-room ordering, to spa-bookings, valet, or express checkout to name a few, it's all at the guests' fingertips. Plus, since the guest-services module has it's own hotel-request tracking list, guests can always monitor their requests at any time, whether it was made from their own device, or a family member's device.
The Cityguide:
To ease travelers into their new surroundings, the GuestTel app provides a full-featured award-winning Cityguide, with complete city-wide attractions data-base, itinerary planner, layered map, with directions-finder, custom journaling with secure Facebook posting, city & traveler information, in 14-Languages! Can even be used in offline mode. Guests can even see reviews, rate points of interest, view location websites, send postcards & more. Cityguide will still be active to use after guest checks-out!
The Concierge Offers:
No hotel app would be complete without having a Concierge-Offers section to provide guests of the hotel special deals on restaurants, boutiques, tours and other offerings. The module posts the most current 'live' deals, and allows the generation of special merchant code that works into the merchant's POS terminal.
The Hotel Info Screen:
The main screen keeps guests informed to all events or special announcements made by the hotel themselves. Custom notices, or room offers can be found on this screen.
For Hotels:
GuestTel app comes in two 'flavors';
i/ Stand-alone download on your own device, or
ii/ Pre-installed on GuestTel's smartphone for a Free rental within the hotel.
The participating complimentary Smartphone comes with bulk-rate telecom package, voice & 3/4G data plan less than 1.5¢ per Mb. and Free local & North American calling.
All GuestTel apps & smartphones are completely integrated into your hotel's PBX/PMS operation, covering the top 60-PMS brands on the market.
All guest requests, order and even telecom usage is automatically tracked and securely uploaded to your PMS billing section for automatic guest folio billing.
In addition, all app-handset combos are automatically controlled by the actions of the front-desk check-in/check-out, which ensure 'turning the handsets on' or 'off' and wiping the user-data automatically upon check-out.
Most importantly, each app-equipped handset can go into any room and adapt automatically to custom Room/guest ID. Therefore all user requests are guaranteed to go into the right guest/room/account.
