Very helpful ... One must use...

useless app. i suffer problem even in search station.... many bug in app... i hv uinstalled in 2 hrs after download it...

Lots of ad and no description about bus/vehicles. No booking for Volvo. No station information, travel time information and not even arrival time shown.

There is no route detail available in any busses

Worst app i hv ever seen. It does not even allow to type stn name.. Keep scrolling... No display. Developer of this app should see ixigo or irctc connect app

I have never seen the replies from developers regarding comments. Try to add the feature for downloading the ticket as a PDF. Once I make a selection of a bus, I can not switch the selection midway(no option for going back and making diff. selection), improve that. Do these and you will get a lot of 5 stars.

It is good to have GSRTC app but it takes bit longer time in starting and it should be logged in when using mobile phone. Every time it is showing session expired.

When ever u start searching buses it shows all route but when u go back and try to see other buses availability of seats it shows session time out..

But Bus Conductor require Hard copy???

Need some improvement.You should provide bus details (eg.Bus Number) and platform no.with ticket.It will be helpful.

Idea is good and startup of service is good but need improve in ui, process and connectivity

I booked a ticket from Makarpura to Gandhinagar by express bus whose source was Malegaon. On reaching the bus depot nobody can confirm if the bus is going to come to Makarpura or not. The website is and will be of great help to the people of Gujarat, however proper information need to be supplied to the person who is using this online system. Since the bus didnt come on time and I had an important appointment, I had to catch another bus. I tried to cancel the ticket but the website did not allow me.

Not opening. Says resource /gsrtcandroid not available. Galaxy s phone

Ticket not booked and when trying to book it again does not show the same seat available.....

its really useful app but when any bus is cancle it is not shown in application please do something about this overall good app

Very useful application. First time took longer time. But later working fine.

This app is totally bad. Don't waste ur time.

I have never seen this type of most hanging application don't download while bookings tickets it timeout every time.

Very good application but need to improvisation to use it very easily. .

If my wife is traveling alone without smartphone, SMS facility to other phone is absence. Improvise please.

Slow working please solve issue

Whenever  i  double  click the  session  times out.  You  really  block user  from  double  clicking. Also,  once  a button  is  clicked you  should  some  some processing mesaage  as  currently nothing is  visible  when in process mode.

Use it convinently... 1prob is that it requires physical ticket.. Make it like IRCTC..

Wth. Since last 4 years I am using this email Id and register everywhere and it says that here it's not valid...

there are many changes required.
