MyDiaryは、てんかん（Epilepsy）患者さんのための服薬・治療支援アプリです。

アプリの主な内容は、
・発作記録機能（動画撮影機能あり）
・服薬チェック機能
・体調記録（気分・症状チェックなど）
・発作型登録機能（発作型分類の登録など）
・受診医療機関登録
・次回通院日の管理
・便利情報閲覧（てんかんに関する知識や公的サービスの紹介など）
です。

各機能のご紹介

１：発作記録機能
発作が発生した際、発作の状況を録画で記録することができます。
記録項目は、発作型分類や前兆の有無、筋緊張の有無などを記録できます。
動画がなくても記録ができますし、過去の発作も遡って登録することもできます。
発作が登録されている日はカレンダーに「！」が追加されます。

２：服用チェック機能
登録した薬と服用時間をアプリからお知らせします。
服用した場合は、服用チェックで記録を取ってください。（「飲んでない」ボタンを押すと「飲んたよ！」ボタンに切り替わり、服用したことを記録できます。）
服用すると、カレンダーにチェック印が付きますので、あとから飲み忘れた日がひと目でわかるようになっています。
また、服用チェックをすることで、かわいいキャラクターのきせかえアイテムが貰えます。
毎日服用を忘れずに行なってください。

３：体調記録
毎日の体調を記録してください。
体調は３段階（良い/普通/悪い）、症状チェックは１０つ（眠気/食欲不振/だるい/など）です。
気になる症状がある場合は、メモを取ることもできます。
体調記録もきせかえアイテムが貰える条件なので、服用チェックとともに毎日の体調記録もしっかり行なってください。

４：発作型登録
かかりつけの医師に診断してもらった発作型分類や通常発生する発作については発作型登録に登録をしてください。いつでも「設定」から変更することが可能です。

５：受診医療機関登録
かかりつけの医療機関の登録ができます。電話番号を登録することで、アプリから電話をかけることができます。発作が発生した際、周りの方が利用することも想定しておりますので登録することをお勧め致します。

６：次回通院日の管理
次回の通院日が決まったら、次回通院日登録をしてください。
通院日の事前アラーム（１日前及び１時間前）を表示します。（詳細設定したい場合は、「基本情報」より編集ください）

７：便利情報閲覧
てんかんに関する基本情報やご利用可能な公的サービスの説明などを閲覧できるように情報をまとめています。

1: seizure recording function
