Digital Cookie Mobile App

App sucks. Can't post to social media nor send links via text or anything only emails. Half the people I would send emails to don't even read them. It needs some serious work and more features.

Not that useful. It won't let you see anything helpful like orders or sales. I guess if you just want it to make sales, it's OK, but not useful as a sales management tool.

You can't choose the state for the address, which disables you from moving on and completing the sale. The form for hand delivery should should be simpler (a same as billing address would be great so you don't have to double type everything as well!)

Was a five star until Saturday... cookies in hand delivery option disappeared from app... lost sales on Saturday because could take credit cards for immediate sales... fix this and i'll change to 5 star

I just downloaded this app today. It doesn't recognize you even after saving the login. You also can't see many details.

It sucks. I should be able to share this on social media. I'm selling these stupid cookies not my baby.

App is awful. No way to share on sociasl media that I can find. It's so slow. Very disappointed

When you try to set up an account, it tells you that you have to have a parent or guardian sign you up. I am the parent and it won't let me set up anything at all. I can't even get past the login screen to try to set anything up. This is really unfortunate as we could raise so much more money if we had a functioning app.

Should easily be able to send to mobile devices. Also why do.emails take over an hour to send out? Please fix this!

I can no longer accept credit cards, nor do I have the option to hand cookies to the customer. The app is basically useless now. I don't know if this is an error or what, but it needs to be fixed. Thank you.

App requires email address from customer but no field exists to enter an email address. Very frustrating to lose a sale because the app doesn't work right

The app won't let me log in as the TCM, but I can log in via the website without a problem.

It keeps telling me I can't set up an account. I have to register with a parent or guardian. Does the app think I'm a kid or something?

It continues to tell me my council does not participate. We have a digital cookie site.

Can't run credit cards..keeps telling me to use my cellular data which I am.

Little hard yo navigate, but decent app

It's mostly good, but sometimes it doesn't refresh, which leads to embarrassing moments.

We need a MUCH better way to enter the credit card number. Folks have to stand around and enter 3 screens of info for $8 worth of cookies. That takes too long. Can we get a photo entry or something? Also, let us stay signed in. Digital cookie won't really to my password manager, so I'm making customers wait as I fiddle around with my phone. People are carrying cash less and less, so this is a great tool for cookie booths, it just needs some serious tweaks to be really helpful.

Hated it. This app is terrible. It takes much too long to put in credit card information. At a cookie booth, there isn't enough time to ask every customer their address, phone number, and email address. There is no message confirming that the payment went through, and the troop gets no notification or email that the payment was received. Both I, and my troop leader hate this app.

It's OK but could use improvements. A quick log on or pin feature would be awesome. Also on my phone the terms and conditions/help overlay at the bottom covers the bottom 2 buttons. Can't email the site or select tips.

There is no way to edit without a lot of stress. Plus using for multiple scouts is also challenging. Can't share easily and goes to login if not shared correctly. Good effort but once upgraded site is almost useless.

It takes way too long to enter in a credit card purchase. Additionally, there is no way to verify that a sale has gone through before the customer walks off with the cookies.

Process is entirely too long, way too much PII is required, and now I can't get past the address page - it keeps saying there are errors, and look for the pink text, but there is no pink text and all information is correct. Is now completely useless.

I can see where this would be helpful for older girls who can sell on their phones. But for cookie mom's and parents it's almost pointless. It would be helpful if there was a patent option so that I can approve orders, upload my email list by linking to my email, and check our troops progress.

I love this app! The only thing that is a tad annoying is that you have to log into your digital cookie website to update orders not completed online. Wish it could be done through the app, but no biggie. It's so much easier to send the emails too!

This has no use what do ever. It keeps track of some sales but is rarely up to date. Also it is formatted to where most the buttons are unusable. Nothing about this app makes selling easier.

Hard to teach brownies how to use and understand all the information u must enter for bill. It's a waste of time and makes things much hard.

Every time I use the app it freezes and I have to restart my phone. Also would like to see who placed the orders.

Logs you out every time you exit and the only way to exit is to hit the home button and not back or an option to exit. Super limited in what it offers. Just a waste of space they insisted we download.

It does take a while to input peoples info but when you're out and people don't have cash they have consented to using especially once they understand it doesn't save any of their personal info. Used it at the beach on valentines and sold more with it than had we not had it.

I cannot click on the "email my site" because the page won't rotate and won't scroll down. Everytime i try to click share, it takes me to the 'help' screen. Aggravating to say the least
