Veneto su misura è una guida illustrata delle attività di ristorazione e di vendita di prodotti alimentari, valorizzando i luoghi storici del commercio del Veneto, con l’obiettivo di assicurare la massima diffusione e conoscenza di quelle realtà eno-gastronomiche del territorio che, pur costituendo un’eccellente testimonianza del patrimonio storico e culturale regionale, risultano meno note al grande pubblico. La guida è realizzata dall’Assessorato regionale all’Economia e Sviluppo, Ricerca e Innovazione - Sezione Commercio in collaborazione con l’Unione regionale delle Camere di Commercio del Veneto. Veneto customized is an illustrated guide of the restaurant business and the sale of food products, enhancing the historical places of business of the Veneto, with the aim of ensuring the widest possible dissemination and knowledge of those realities gastronomic territory that whilst this is an excellent testimony of the historical and cultural regional, are less known to the general public. The guide is made by the Regional Economics and Development, Research and Innovation - Section Commerce in collaboration with the Regional Union of Chambers of Commerce of Veneto.
