Worked well on Marshmallow but not working on Nougat - and now I'm going away and would really like to use it :-(

After checking in, the app does not work well, it kicks you out and shuts down

When opening the maps which is likely the most useful feature

Poorly designed and does not work well along with bad internet service at the hotel

App refuses too load on my Samsung s7. Completely useless

Great app that will allow you to do many things when staying at Bahia Principe (eg. make reservations). Really cool augmented reality features too. However, over 10 days of using this app, and not a single time did it run on its first try. On occasion, it would lock up too. (I have a Note 4).

I installed this app before leaving for my trip and it worked just fine to see the restaurants, etc. Without my check-in details, however, I couldn't do much. After arriving and entering my info, ironically the app failed to work completely, rendering it a waste of space on my device.

...you CAN change it to English - select your resort from the photo. Press on the three white lines, top left of the resort name and scroll down to the bottom of the settings list and select IDIOMA:ESPANOLA, now select EN:INGLES from the drop down menu and enjoy your holiday experience in English.

Samsung Galaxy S7 user - This app never loads. Very frustrating too. I'd love to be able to use it. I've had it for a month and have only been able to get it to load two or three times. I check it often to see if it will load and it doesn't.

App in desperate need of bug fixing. With how broken it is, based on own experience and other's reviews, it is amazing that a year and a half has passed since the last update. Great resort, terrible app. If it worked it would really elevate a resort experience with regard to concierge and room service requests.

I have downloaded the app though I'm not sure how useful it will be as it is all in Spanish, that is when it actually opens and works. If I don't delete I'm going to have to find a Spanish to English app to install on husband's phone so we can use this app. ☹️

Test your software on different platforms. My first screen was a momentary flash of info followed by a white screen and blue upper bar. By chance I pressed something on the white space and it started working. Go get a professional app developer to do this for you. Not near enough satisfactory but your idea does work. It just isn't ready for general use. You need a EN / ES button with full translation btw. Keep trying you are getting there.

This app crashes constantly or doesn't load at all. It was highly recommended by resort guests but I'm afraid it won't actually work when I really need it.

This app provides a great central location for managing your stay at Bahia Principe. It was very easy to book restaurants, find information and report/track faults with the room (which were fixed within hours). The app could do with an update to make use of Android UI elements as it is essentially a web portal that can be a bit slow and clunky. Overall though a must have for your stay.

The idea is spot on. The functionality is severely lacking. So beset with bugs that in a Bahia resort with WiFi it constantly crashes. I have spent more time rebooting my android phone than using the app. Also gutted that it won't install on my android tablet.

This has to be the worst App I have ever used. It is so buggy it is ridiculous. It will not fully load the initial screen with out closing and restarting. Every item you press causes the app to crash and shut down. I have tried to Uninstalle the app and reinstall it, but that was no help. The app had potential, but fails miserably.

The app is glitchy and randomly closes. Really lacking in functionality, it would be much more useful to be able to do things like booking a restaurant using a calendar of available. Also, much of the information about things like shows are incorrect or out of date, and provide no detailed descriptions of the programming.

Great resort (akumal 4 out of 5) but app gets 1 star. Opens in Spanish only & changing it is in Spanish instructions? Huh? Cannot book or change restaurants with app. App gives such little info the app is almost useless. Also Everytime you open app you must choose your resort again. Silly it doesn't remember.

I installed it multiple times since and it only gives my a blue screen. This is on two different Android phones.

Would be far more useful if it would allow Google Play to install it on my tablet which runs the same OS as my phone. I carry my tablet with me around the resort, but not my phone.

Great resort...terrible app. Hasn't worked in the 6 days we've been here. Would be quite helpful if it did. We're on a list for it to be looked into. Right.

Could be good but very poorly implemented. Every time you start app you need to reselect you hotel etc. Bad coding

Restricted by my own inability to speak/read Spanish. I assumed I would be able to read pages in English as all of the signs around the hotel are multi lingual. A little disappointed given that the hotel emailed me and encouraged me to use the App. Updated... now changed to English. However not able to book a restaurant. .. off to reception it is!

App won't load on my Galaxy S7, just blue screen as mentioned elsewhere. installed a few times. Shame as I think it would be useful. Great resort Akumal though!

App doesnt work at all. Tried on all our phones.

You can change the Language option. I haven't checked in yet, so I haven't used the app fully, but I was easily able to change the language option. 1. Click on the menu icon in the top left hand corner. 2. The last option in this list says Idioma: Espanol, click on this option 3. Select EN: Ingles

Horrible "help" app. Only available language is Spanish & doesnt load the app half the time. Just walk around & ask the employees what you want to know. Quicker, easier, & less hassle than this app.

I downloaded the app for my Samsung Galaxy S6 to be able to reserve our à la carte restaurants and it loads for a split second and then all i have is a white screen with a dark blue header. Tried reinstalling but still doesn't work. Really disappointed...

Had to uninstall it as it wouldn't work! On Samsung S6. But got it working on Nexus 10

It's useless if it's only in Spanish even after trying to change the language option

If you can not change language to English you are pretty stupid. Great for booking resturants, but crashes whenever I ask for the location of something

Most of the time it simply doesn't work or open, and when it does it is very buggy.

I highly recommend that you speak with the great people at Guest Services rather than use this app.

For those looking to change the default language setting, open the app, go to the top left and press where you see three short horizontal bars, then go to the bottom left and select Idiom/ingles for English.

Tried several times to open the app but it failed each time. I'd love for this to be fixed soon as I'm staying at one of your resorts next month

Would not load or let me log in!

Good idea, but its still largely Spanish regardless of English setting, and crashes all the time.
