Red Royalty for Android
After the last update my card was put on hold. After putting in a complaint I was told the situation would be fixed within 1 to 4 working days. It's been 11 days since the initial complaint (the 2nd one I put in) and I've only just been asked for my card number which I gave them when I complained. Nothing has been done, and getting sick of waiting for someone to fix it.
While the app itself has caused no issues, the loyalty program itself is pathetic. Points earned go towards a discount and not the full price, and only on main menu items. I tried to purchase a meal, that was denied as it was a special. I tried to purchase a full price menu meal, was only able to use $5 for an $8 item. Other companies offer full items for loyalty redemption, this one only offers part payment of selected items.
When I go to the my card page it doesn't fit on the screen so the value at the bottom is covered by a "past transaction" button. Developers need to validate the rendering on all screen sizes, I have a Sony compact z5
Missing rewards points. I use my phone to scan when purchasing and it Does not always give you the rewards points.
Doesn't give prices,delivery time,and not able to order of app. Waste of time.
Broken, loyalty program won't allow for discounts earnt for purchases or discounts.
Update fixed it. Thanks for the cheap lunch!

Same as the vast majority of reviews - app could not connect to internet (no "conncetion"), can't login after reinstall and 'resend activation email' fails. Are devs reading these reviews?
I can't find out how to contact anyone. I registered and was supposed to get a $5 voucher. Got the email confirming this after downloading and registration. Tried to use it instore tonight and was refused. I even showed the email but refused to give me my $5 off. I think this is a scam.
Apps with vouchers, virtual cards, loyalty rewards, online ordering etc. are some thing many people are only just starting to get a grasp on. Its new technology and inherently will be buggy to begin with. After reading a few of the other comments it seems many people take their own incompetence out on the app designers. I found that the app still lacks a little flare, but its simple layout, clear and functional user interface and overall efficiency to be fabulous. Most are clumsy, crowded and overdone. Nice
App wont allow log in, several attempts to reset. Could log in to website but not app. Very disappointing
Like everyone else i cannot log in. Receive the 'No Internet' error. Great concept. If only it worked. Sorry guys - mega fail.
App doesn't accept my login details. And can see it a similar issue everyone else is having. Won't be bothering with something that fundamentally flawed.
This app for some reason is not shutting down. It drains my battery.other than that I'm a le to do everything.
Continually says it can't connect to the internet, won't load my vouchers. Tried re installing app and now it won't accept my user name and password. Useless.
Have saved alot of money with this app. Can also see how many times my husband goes to Red.
Should be able to do online ordering from this app. Otherwise it's pointless having this

Have a card. Want to store a virtual card on my smart phone. Won't let me log in. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. Still not working

This app has not connected to the net after the 1st time I ran it I decided to reinstall it and now I cannot even log in. Useless app and no support from their website everyone please report this app and place in comment not working and developer has stopped supporting it
I have a confirmed registered account and cant even log in with the app. It does nothing and i dont have a card i need to use the app to claim anything.
I downloaded this app two weeks ago and made a Red Royalty account, checked my phone a few days after and it was gone. Downloaded it again and apparently I hadn't made a Royalty account, so in it stead I attempt to make a new one and it just says "Registration Unsuccessful. Please Try Again.". Could some one do something about this...??

Buy food. The only thing I have found is there is nowhere to put your Senior Card Number when you sign up so that it's on file when you buy.

Won't let me log in or even register...
Wouldnt let me register my card after entering all fields and accepting T&Cs so i had to activate/log in via my web browser. Tried again to log in on app. Again wouldn't let me. I forced stopped app. Tried again, failed. I uninstalled app, reinstalled app. Agian wont let me. Just won't let me log in AT ALL! I am on a galaxy S4 and my phone is running the latest software

App is ok, but not very useful. Great if all you want to do is check your balance. Trying to order online for delivery, and the online order page pushes menulog. From T&C you can earn points for online delivery orders, but not through menulog. Bit hard when the online ordering is only through menulog! Worked fine last time (maybe 2 weeks ago).
