First off, the app took three attempts to even download. Then I wanted delivery and majority of the restaurants listed under delivery in my area are pick up only. *Shrugs* I was eager about trying something that I always see advertising for but should've took the advice of other reviewers that posted the app was useless bc they weren't lying! UPDATE: This app works great now! Downloaded on first attempt, super easy to use, sign up and understand, and there are no annoying bugs to be fixed. Must say I'm happy about GH nowadays and use it everyday!

They charge you more for delivery and what is shown. Also orders typically take 2 hours because they can't find a driver and by then your food is old and stale. I tried speaking with customer service and you can tell that they don't care. I have spoken with them on many occasions and they take forever trying to solve a simple issue.

Terrible user interface. Confusing payment process, is it so hard to specify if they want my billing address or delivery address after credit card info? Yeah, just call it "your address", and let me guess which one you want. Extremely logical after credit card page. Website is 100 times better.

I use this app several times a week. There are lots of choices and it's easy to use. When I've had questions customer service responded quickly. eta: I have also been able to order food for a relative in another state! It's a great way to treat someone on the spur of the moment!

This is the 3rd time I've tried ordering from both the app and online and it says unable to process or something. My order just doesn't go through and I have no idea why. I have made another account and still have the same problem. Tried to use $7 off that Grubhub gave me and well it looks like I'll never be able to really use it. This needs to be fixed asap, it is very annoying especially when you've gone through the whole process of making your order and the receive an message that gives no type of help or information repeatedly.

Seemingly impossible for a first time user to reap the benefits of grubhub promos, should any problems with the code arise. I spent over 30 minutes back and for with customer service, ended up not getting promo nor food. 'Ugh' best describes my first experience. Want to wash my hands of the service and next time not waste so much time by avoiding the app and venturing out myself.

I was sceptical at first but this is by far the best I have used. I normally order a sub thats freaky fast that's only 3 mins away and it takes 10 - 20 mins. I ordered stir fry thats 7 mins away and it took the same amount of time. Me new food app.

2 hours and a huge delivery fee, 30 minutes they said in a text to me. Thirty minutes! They didn't ever say "oh BTW 2 hours," but kept saying "15 more minutes" and so on

They need to add a way to rate the driver like Uber. A business once had to call me saying they gave the driver my food and then noticed he only took half my order. They immediately called grubhub to sort it out and the food was great so I'm not going to mark them down because the driver is not their employee. With this kind of feature if he does this often it wouldn't go unnoticed.
