Screen freezes while checking messages. Cannot see full response in a thread. Selecting back always takes to top message and not to where you were. Plus lot of other shortcomings.

If a discussion, thread or complaint is filed and someone comments on the same, the comment cannot be expanded. So if a comment is bigger than 1 line, it's trimmed and there is no way to see the complete comment on the App. Fix this please.

Complete waste of time. Downloaded and signed up. After that every time i login it says session expired. Even the website is not working.

Connect your community easily. Sending SMS to sub-group added. Computer application has more options than mobile app. Can not edit member's details. But can send SMS to all members.

A complicated app with limited utility. They levy convenience fee on transactions done through the app - totally hate it when they do that. It's unfortunate that am stuck with this since the residents' association has tried up with them.
