Can't log in a technical support stinks!

This app won't even open. It crashes upon launch. It has for weeks. I am not emailing you to discuss further. It's a well known issue, fix it.

Needs an update for Android O. Will not open. Crashes instantly. Been a few weeks. Sent a few emails. Getting a little frustrated. Makes it harder on the people who make you money.

Keeps crashing every time I open the app on my phone. Works fine on all other applications. It would be nice to also more easily update information from the app.

Keeps crashing even after reinstall and reboots. May be the new Android Oreo update. Please advise.

Pls fix it's keep crashing. After Android 8.0 doesn't work. Sad thing is people already complained about it and seems no one cares. Im closing my merchant account.

App stopped working when I loaded Android 8.0 Oreo system update on 9.6.17. Doesn't open at all.

I update my Android and ever since the app will not work. I can not scan my Groupons if this doesn't get fixed!

The new update makes the app crash everytime, please fix the glitch! I use this for Business...

If you want cheap people and to only %20 of your offer? Yes free advertising! But to get %20 & they add another $1.50 to your campaign for them to collect on top of it. That is not written in the contract agreement. This is the company and app for you..

This app sucks I have email showing my campaign is live but don't show up can't manage anything app is ussless

App crashes as soon as I open it. Can't do anything.

I can't log in then then I try to reset my password it says my email address is not recognised. I need to redethe voucher asap as it for a birthday gift.

App stopped working with Oreo update.

The app was good until the last updates. Now the app doesn't load the main screen data and won't redeem Groupons. It keeps on saying error everyone I try to scan and enter any customer Groupon.

Difficult to use and often does not work right. Barcodes do not scan, looking up customers by name does not work either.

I'm one of the merchant account holder in I couldn't do anything, I try to call help desk, they told me to delete the apps then go yo Google play store in download it, I fid all that in still didn't work. I never had problems before niw I can't sign in note redeemed my voucher.

GROUPON is a TRIFLING business whose only goal is to put other businesses OUT of business. Not sure which one is cheaper Groupon or the people they have walking through my doors. No wonder businesses don't like Groupon. Should be renamed to Cheapos.

This app keeps spazzing out which makes it extremely difficult to use for everyday business with my groupon customers.

I have used this app for years, now after the update, it will NOT scan or redeem vouchers... that is quite an issue.

Groupon is bad for business. People use their gropon to book appointments, then show no respect, do not show up and when we redeem their voucher, then complaint to groupon and groupon gives them refund and take money out from me without EVER telling me. Extremely shoddy business practices. You never what a customer paid for their groupon and how much groupon is paying you. Total loss.

You should have a way for merchants to report no call no shows, people don't show for their appointments and when you let them know there will be a cancellation fee for not notifying. They just call you guys up and you refund them. So now the business is out that money plus still have to pay their employees hourly wage

Every so often I have to uninstall and re install this app its like it just stops working and will not verify any groupons. Very time consuming.

Extremely poor updates and details. No proper information on exactly what clients have been paid for which payment. Extremely​ shoddy and unprofessional.

Unable to view/answer questions in app or on mobile merchant center (online, questions do not display in Q&A tab). Frustrating.

Love how it looks and works with the scanner but how do I input the voucher number of it's just written on the receipt? Nothing to scan
