Groupon - Shop Deals, Discounts & Coupons

Runaround by not smart staff...save a few...I have years of experience with.... rarely do they answer WHAT I ASK.... seem to have a list of basic questions which are repeats of directions on every Groupon. Buying restaurant deals works best. If u don't get to use as the deal at least u can use for amount​ u paid... unless place closes. Always check how long u have to use Groupon...to help u decide if u will be able to use. 120 days seems like plenty of time... doesn't it? I wish u well

Constant and irritating/irrelevant notifications. I'll clear a notfication and it will send me the EXACT SAME NOTIFICATION 30 seconds later. I am not exaggerating. That was the motivation behind this review. They make it nearly impossible to contact any type of customer support. The FAQ is not helpfull at all! Zero customer service. Goods are sub-par. I only use this app for cheap oil changes now. Groupon sucks.

Groupon always has great options for fun things tondo around Atlanta. Last summer i took the kids i babysit to the zoo for way less than i would have paid otherwise. Every year, i get my Renaissance Festival tickets through Groupon for a good percentage off. Lots of other fun date nights for me and my fiancé or me and my mom! They even had a deal on wedding invitations recently that just about saved my life! Im a Grouponer for life!

Quality of the app - 6.5/10 Quality of content - 6.5/10 Ability to turn off notifications from within the app so it doesn't harass you all day with uninteresting garbage - 0/10 Customer service is horrendous. I had a content provider F me over and when I contacted Groupon their answer was too bad, so sad. Don't really on them, their service, or their content presenters, it's all a scam.

Good app. I just hate that Groupon Canada gives deals in USD. We do not use US dollars in Canada so it makes no sense that we are being offered deals in US pricing. All deals in Canada should be tailored to the Canadian customers, including the deal price currency and airport departure locations. We don't need deals that depart from the US

So I was really interested in seeing a show on Sunday and I selected that day but when I proceeded with the payment, it bought tickets for a Friday. I freaking work on Friday's and cannot go on that day. I contacted customer support who said oh we can't do anything because it's in the fine print. He was useless and did not help at all. I'm going to rate negative reviews on multiple sites until they decide to resolve this issue. This is ridiculous

I gave this app 2 stars because both times I ordered from them they gave me expired voucher codes and I had to contact the places I ordered from for new Voucher codes... Their customer service is not good at all either... They need to make sure the codes work before giving them to their customers

Update: I was later contacted by customer service and was offered a refund to my credit card. Original: I ordered a voucher for a local service, but when I went to redeem, found the company website no longer existed. I called the company several times leaving messages on the machine with no call back. When I contacted customer service with Groupon to let them know the company was closed, I was offered an exchange, but no refund. The deals are generally good, but make sure the merchant is good because they are obviously not screened and monitored by Groupon. I would have likely bought a similar voucher anyway, but this is a terrible policy and makes me not want to use the service in the future.

I've always overlooked this sit/app but I finally took a peek at it and signed up to see what the hype was about. Great deals! Maybe I'll find a deal on a new wallet because my current one is worn out lol!

Terrible online chat service, I was ignored and then cut off more than once. Also I cannot locate the shopping basket! Will avoid using Groupon if possible, not to mention the MILLIONS of emails they send!

I LOVE Groupon!!! I NEVER go on vacation without checking deals in that area. I've gone on ghost tours, whale watching, zombie conventions, etc, using Groupons!!! Not to mention great deals on products and services. I've also gotten massage and yoga packages, tons of Shutterfly deals. I can't live without Groupon. And it's easy, easy, easy to use!!!

I love a good deal and Groupon always seems to have something good I can use. Customer service is top notch too. Had a problem with a pending purchase, a two minute live chat with a service rep fixed it and I was back to getting my Groupon.

Well I ordered tickets for a children's play for Beauty and the beast. And the app had a complication while I was ordering so I ordered them again. The next day I saw that I had two orders.. so I tried to call them but there is no customer support. I had to email them.. but they said I couldn't get my money back because it says it non redeemable.. Which I already knew but this because of an error the app had. So I have to pay double the amount. And there's 3 tickets I won't be using which could be sold to someone else.

I have been using Groupon for the past 2 years. My last order was a great disappointment. I never received it, and when I messaged Groupon about it they said that it's not their problem that I have to deal with the delivery service. As a loyal customer I feel Groupon should of been more concerned about the issue. I lost money from that order that I never received. Shame on you.

I love my deals! Gotta get em while they last. All kinds of stuff available. My favorite thing is that they have coupons/discount codes on top of the deals leaving prices dirt cheap

Some of the deals are a scam. I used the Groupon for a Sam's Club membership. I was supposed to get a Plus membership. I redeemed online, but in store I was told I only had a Basic membership. I could have bought that in store for the same price. I essentially paid full price and saved no money using this app. They won't let you get a refund for vouchers that have already been redeemed. They offered me a Groupon credit, but I feel like something like this would happen again. Be careful using this app.

The most complemented shirt I have in my wardrobe, came from Groupon. I also love their customer service, as they're prompt and resolved my issue quickly. I also like the fee return option for things that don't fit

I order something two weeks ago and haven't received anything yet. Spoke 4 different people on live chat all they say is it's being investigated. Customer services are useless and not helpful. They can take money easily but can't sent the goods or provide a better services in customer services. Be careful when you order stuff as they could just take your money not sent u the goods and tell you it's being investigated and contact you seven days which they don't.

Never again will i use groupon. Not only did my account get hacked but after numerous calls and emails about how i couldnt use the groupon and asking for a refund, they offered me £5.20 as a generosity and refused to give me a refund. I spent £26 on a groupon that i couldnt use because my account had been hacked. They also told me that i would have book again because they couldnt find the booking, so it cost me £52 in total. They have been nothing but ignorant and useless even after i have given them every bit of information they have asked for. Despicable customer service.

The last 2 products I have ordered and received were junk. They make it difficult to contact merchants and I don't see where you can rate a merchant. You get what you pay for and make sure to read the fine print people. Uninstalling

The deals are great, the customer service is nice, but I tried to buy a deal FIFTEEN TIMES (throughout a few weeks) and each time, the deal kept getting refunded back to me and they kept "fixing" the issue, but I'm still unable to get the deal.

Groupon is awesome, especially when your on vacation & wanting to do things, but want to save money. Extremely handy for Pigeon Forge, TN, the attractions & also old time photos! Also love the Starbucks cards & other discounted retail store cards when available

Screwy app that is hard to use to buy food. Too many steps in the process easier to just call up take out.

Great offers. Have been buying for years. In all the years got one wrong order + that was handled superbly. Great back up and support. Good quality goods offered. Had one of the dinner vouchers last night - excellent meal in Swords. Highly recommend Groupon.

Great deals on everyday things and things you want to experience. Knocked a few things off my bucket list with Groupon... What's not to love :)

Easy to use. Great discounts especially if you also get discounts from Groupon specials. Somewhat limited selection in my area which is a population of 400,000 or more. Unsure how to get credit on unused coupons.

Love Groupon! Great deals on goods, local offers/services, easy to navigate & fun to shop! Every purchase we've made has been to our 100% satisfaction (and there's been a lot - from restaurant discounts, parking discounts, sheets, towels, clothing, housewares & otherwise)!

Used to be lots of really good deals. Everything seems to be getting shadier and shadier with the companies allowed on here. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE practically unreachable.

Never had a problem with anything I have ordered. Always arrives on the date stated. Only one problem its too easy to spend ????

Not even a single coupon within my city or surrounding cities have to travel 20 miles for savings which isn't really saving me anything. Would have been one star but I hit the wrong button.

Wow.. the deals on here are probably the best I've seen of any on the app store. Plus you can usually get discounts on top of the sale. I'd recommend to anyone that likes shopping and saving money.

I've been super happy with all my Groupon purchases! Even when I've run into issues, Groupon stood by their promises and I've deeply appreciated their prompt corrections!

Just bought a defensive driving course for $5 with coupon! This app is fast and couldn't be easier to use. The deals they offer are great as well.

There is so much ease with Groupon, other sites try to do the same but I don't believe they are good.

I haven't been using this app long but I find tons of great deals on here! If I had the funds for it all I'd definitely buy it all at once lol. For now I get when I can and most deals last long enough. Great app glad I finally downloaded it ????????
