CiCiMobile is a smartphone application for easy, hassle-free and convenient long distance calling. CiCiMobile comes with a number of features and benefits including Call Back and Direct Dial. The Call Back feature enables users to take advantage of free incoming calls on their mobile plans. All you need to do is select Call Back in your application settings; when you place a call, the application will connect you to your destination by calling you back at your cell phone number.
The Call Back feature also benefits users that reside outside of North America, allowing them to call from-to any country.
The Direct Dial feature enables you to make long distance calls from your cell phone by simply selecting your destination number and initiating the call; the application dials all the necessary information and connects you to your called party.
Once you launch CiCiMobile, you may enter your destination number or simply select a destination number from your contact list.

Try to sign up ,my email is invalid. Finally regestered now an error message on the app won't let me sign in. Called the company 5 times downloaded the app three times. I will never support this company ever again.

right now there is no better app in Canada. I use cici since many years but with this app they top everything. I know that I will tell all my friends and family member about this app and I know that it will be soooooo easy to convince them to use it. thanks guys.

Before using it, I purchased $5 credit online using my credit card. Payment was confirmed with PayPal email. Subsequent email from CiCiMobile containing the PIN authorization for the recharge did not arrive. I complained at support@ontariophonecards.ca who provided the PIN and copy of the email I was supposed to get. I swear I searched all my Bulk, Spam and Junk folders but never received the original CiciMobile email with PIN. I spent over an hour collecting on my purchase. I hope the actual calling works as flawlessly as the manual calling card. So far I'm not seeing the convenience on the smartphone. Update: Eventually setup the long distance call with the call back feature that would use my home land line (cell phone reception is poor at my home). Great feature but after the home phone rang, the call completion failed. The voice didn't say why and waited for further action from me. After several retries from the beginning of the whole procedure, I manually dialed the long distance number. That completed the call successfully. Had to repeat the manual dialing process every time to have success. The direct dial feature worked as expected. Very convenient.

Not possible to add funds online. Instead, it requires finding and purchasing a special CiCi app card that is separate from the ubiquitous CiCi calling card.

I have a positive balance on my account but when I make an international call the call isn't going through. It worked great the first couple times when I used it but now for no reason it stopped working. Ideas?

Thought it was a calling card the fine print is very small how am I supposed to tell it's not a calling card to be used by regular phones. Total waste of money. I want my cash back. Who doesn't have unlimited long distance calling?
