All the essentials, but left out some convenient functions. Probably nlmy only real disappointment is that there is no way of searching your messages! I mean, I feel like it's common knowledge and easy to implement a search, but it isn't there. Other than that, it provides a good way of communicating with a lot if people, organizing media sent in chats, and polling a lot of friends or coworkers.

Great app except that it stops sending notifications to people who don't respond. For a group of students, they need the info even if they don't actively respond to everything and there is no way to disable this feature which is frustrating. We have to use multiple sources to reach out because of this feature and that sort of defeats the purpose of the app altogether.

I use groupme in me business to keep me connected to my team. It has been very effective for accountability and coordination. Edit. Tried to add new members but they don't get access to the group even when their names show in the group. I delete them and get someone else in the group to add them and they have access. Any ideas???

Great app. Love all the current features. Two things though: I wish it had tighter security and the automatic dark theme doesn't seem to be automatic. The dark theme never turns on by itself. Twitter's app automatically switches to its dark theme when it's dark, I just want Groupme to as well. Currently using Note 8.

Finally got login issues fixed for the Note 8!! Now I am logged in with Google account and happy again!! So much easier to communicate with various groups through GroupMe. Some groups have close to 75 people and texts can't handle.

Not sure if it's because I'm on Oreo OS and/or new phone but I can't create a shortcut to a chat like in my previous phone on Nougat. Please fix, thanks.

It's really useful my normal text messages take up too much space, take too long to delete, and me and my friends need a continuous group message about a few things. Works so good!

Amazing app, used to use FB messenger for group messages but groupme is just... better. Liking comments, the gif/image search, super easy to use, direct or group messages, polls, changing nicknames, everything else this has to offer- groupme is the superior messaging app.

App is a good concept but it is constantly missing messages being sent by both Android and iPhone users. This has been on going for years please fix already

It works as expected, but it gives up so fast on submitting messages if there was a hiccup in service. It also didn't know how to handheld it if your phone just connected to WiFi that requires authentication; everything sits in suspense. I find it frustrating how inconsistent out is on allowing you to "retry" sending a message, versus hiding it or copying message text. There should be a way to copy the whole message with the picture as well to resend. Also, there should be a way to remove failed messages from your log besides having to log in and out every time. I feel like this app was developed in optimal connection settings, and they never bothered testing the feel of it in anything but that. It's a terrible user experience, and if I didn't have to use it for work, I would uninstall it.

Many bugs with the new update, as there's an issue with the sync and keeping everything up to date. Also, I'm no longer receiving notifications anymore.

Good messaging app, great for group chat. It also helps us quickly plan get togethers and other events.

Annoying that it has to be separate from my main messaging app. works great.

Well i have been having trouble getting notifications. I changed the all of settings to make them priority on both phone and the app. Nothing. I contacted customer support and got no response. Nothing!

The group avatar seems to have disappeared in the messages view in a recent update. How do you see a list of the group members now?

Any e for everyone app that doubles as a browser gets one star from me. You can go anywhere with their lazy programming.

Great way to keep in touch with groups and individuals in those groups without having to be inundated by unwanted or irrelevant messages.

Keeps out family close across many states by sharing our daily events!

Works great for collaboration and messaging, I use it for quick corporate feedback within our small team and is been invaluable. Love that it works prefect across all platforms

Some minor problem with connection from time to time, but it's very efficient

Would like to be able to organize my chats into folders and also woyld like them to Stop disappearing.

It's an OK app but it won't stay logged in on my phone so I miss half my messages

Would like to remove the vibrate notifications through the app. ????

Great app, we use it at work to communicate to the team. It would be nice if the developer can add a poll function to gather opinions.

Should have an option to have dark theme on all the time even after you log out and log back it. Other than that it's a good app

Love to use this to keep in touch with my students. They get messages, attachments, reminders quickly. It is easy for them to get on touch with me as well

Great way to stay connected to your group and stay on top of things and everyone is updated at the same time on projects.

Works well but don't really see the use when you have apps like Google hangouts

Is pretty nice, nothing is ever perfect like the icons for people but it's nice.

It works great and doesn't try to take over my other messaging services.

My company uses it and I run a DnD group and this is an amazing way to keep in contact with everyone

Use it for every event and to plan activities.
