Grofers - Order Grocery Online

It's been 3 days and I am waiting and waiting to receive my order. Stop messaging me your operational issue and kindly deliver my item and make sure nothing is stale as it seems like you packed all my order and you might have kept them in store room without any refrigerator. I have lost faith in grofers. Big basket is way better. If you want I can give you my order number

Really nice app and shopping site. All items in this app is lowest price rather than market price. Only some times delivery person do unprofessional behaviour. But if you are taking about grofers . Really unbelievable. I really satisfied with service, product, price etc. I am purchasing items for so long time by this app. Really so good till today. And I can't say for future service. But I hope it will be remain same good service in future too. Thanks Grofers

I have received one close to expired item (Rice bag). I have raised complaint to Grofers. The team has come and looked immediately at my house and given fresh Rice bags. Really good quality and prompt services. No one can compete Grofers in services and quality. Totally satisfied. My suggestion to others also atleast you try once this service you will also loved it.

Okay so my order was scheduled for 26th and from last two days it has been rescheduled to next day again and again without giving me any intimation or specific reason. You guys failed to deliver it from last two days and I have been waiting here for it to come. It better gets delivered today otherwise I'll take no time to file a consumer complaint.

Delivered few items in my cart and status was like delivered all products... Delivery boy is not concerned and I keep on sending mails to Gofers.. I get a standard reply like one of our executive will get inTouch..its been 3 days and no executive nor deliveryboy called and solved the issue.. My money was deducted but didn't get items I ordered.. Never use grofers.. Bigbasket is lot better than this

Grofers is the next big thing for online grocery shopping. They help you to receive quality products on almost all occasions with good abd really cool and cheap deals for the items ordered. Wonderful delivery system with user friendly staffs. All in all a nice platform to collect your daily needs. Keep up the good work Grofers. Only wish continue giving quality goods and don't just fade away in the competitive market.

As i said before its my 2nd choice for online shopping.... Nd its the best choice for grocery, fruits,vegies n all... But plzzzz kindly improve ur packaging method... It somtimes irritate me as its visible to all while delivery.. I hope u can understand what m trying to say.

Late delivery if u order today in the morning they will come tomorrow that too at night..no express delivery available now.. U are adding services but on the other hand increasing the delivery time evry day. Plz improve this.. Grofers are the best but let them be best only..

Why not next day delivery slot available, timing change also worst decision for Grofers, many vegetables cost more than market, lot of things not available, before time delivery, response time for customer support more than expected, no fresh vegetables many time. Please increase service but also enhance the quality also. In spite of paying hire price, we did not get best fresh vegetables. Please provide option for next day delivery in Mukhrejee Nagar. I can't find any delivery slot for next day delivery.

I just compared prices of refined oil, onion and aata prices between Grofers, big basket and Amazon now. Grofers is the cheapest grocery store among all of them. Nice job by providing minimum price of groceries. The delivery is bit late that is only issue I face. They should provide same day delivery.

If you are used to buying things from Bigbasket or any other online site, don't even think of using grofers. Horrible service. You will never get your order on time. Hope they will deliver my order before the products expire.

Once you order from this app later they will suck you by sending unnecessary message daily. Now I'm abroad and these people send me msg daily leads to deduction of my balance. Requested to stop sending but no one to listen

TOTALLY WORTHLESS. First they have a neat trick in their promo code page which prompt you to directly pay without actually applying the promo code. On top of that they had some items missing from the order, I checked it later, but they did not agree to it at all. Worst ever customer service.

Service is extremely poor. They keep changing the order delivery schedule by themself without informing or considering the customer. Customer support is none. They do not answer yr complain at all. Treat to the customer like begger. I hope and pray Grofer will shut down soon.

Very Good. But product range is not great. They have already improved in Kolkata. But, till not enough for customer's delight. For grocery items, they are superb. But need to improve for Ghee, Paneer, etc. Start storing Frozen items like SAFAL Green peas etc.

Too frequent server breakdowns of late. Twice in last couple of months money debited but order not processed. Again server issues today due to which can't complete order. With such poor reliability seems we can't depend on Grofers now.

Delivery slot is very bad. Usual 3-4 days waiting. I got tired of waiting and contacted customer service .they closed the ticket stating we are giving you cheapest price what more you want. I am switching to other competitors. At least some understand the value of customer's time unlike Grofers.

Horrible service. They never deliver on time. I stay within Bangalore and they failed to deliver an order placed two days before and they reschedule to two days after without my consent. This is not the first time I faced this issue. Their customer service is pathetic. I would be uninstalling the app , the moment I get my refund. I advice people not to use Grofers out of laziness. I would recommend brick and mortar shops. I am taking a walk today to the nearby shop. You'll be assured of service over there!

Writing again after 6 months of shopping with Grofers. Got quality issues with product today. Asked for refund. They showed me the policy list!! Be careful guys. Old customers are not being treated when they catch new ones..

Happy with the service. Just one thing I didnt like about it was if I am choosing for COD option than the code is not accepted and thus I can't avail cash back offer. Grofers should give this availability to its regular customers atleast.

I really appreciate you for this service. I like Grofers but today delivery person did unprofessional job. They disturbed everyone in my building. They didn't call me after reaching at delivery location. They were directly entered in the floor. Second is I have mentioned delivery time 10am - 1pm but they reached here at 7:30. They spoiled my sleep too. Not happy with the way of delivery.

Delivery time is not satisfactory, very disappointed with service. I need the products immediately but taking 2days in delivery that's okay. But now order is rescheduled after next 2 more days.Very poor service.

Right from looking up an article to placing the order and eventually the delivery to the address, the entire process has been smooth and seamless every single time. Its a big deal given the complexities involved. Very happy with the app and service!

Worst customer care ever. No satisfactory response neither on mail nor on customer care chat. Till now no solution has been provided for my problem. Really very very very bad

I ordered 2 packets of amul paneer on Grofers and when the items were delivered everything seemed to be fine. When I opened both packets of paneer on the same day I was surprised to get a rotten smell even though it was kept in the freezer throughout. I tasted a bit and it was bitter indicating that it was completely spoiled. I had to throw away both packets of the paneer. This is really unacceptable. Trusting online stores to get spoiled items. This was the first time I ordered from Grofers and next time I have to think twice before ordering online.

Worst delivery options. Order delivery dates automatically gets changed that too after 3 days and for cancellation and rescheduling 29 rupees deduction will be there. Order I'd #GR92938453. When you had slots available for Sunday why did you shift my order to Monday slot?! And to get Sunday shift I need to pay 29?!!! Superb concept.. Loved you logical and business skills.

I really disappointed. I ordered also payment was done but my product didn't come in schedule day.I have no idea when I receive my product. First time I used grofers, my experience not good.

It takes 4-5 days to deliver grocery items in Lajpat Nagar,New Delhi.No one wants to wait so long atleast for grocery items. Wake up Grofers!

You disgusting parasites! Use so much plastic in the packaging. After a supreme court ruling banning plastic bags you still use THREE layers of plastic! I pray you get shut down permanently and fined heavily! Solve this issue TODAY. I will order again, and this time if I get plastic from you I will take photos, and submit an online petition to ban grofers. Trust me, I'm very good at getting businesses shut down!

One is unable to select a delivery slot suitable to him, the app automatically allots a timing which may extend upto 11 pm. Would you like grocery to reach you after two days and late at night?

I'm very disappointed from last delivery of your team. I ordered 12 items and received only 7 of them and 5 items are missing. I contacted customer care support and delivery team also, but my issue didn't solve. Previous experience was better.

This was my second order. Good quality, good savings as compared to Department store purchases. I have a suggestion though. Try to avoid excessive plastic packaging and try boxes instead. I'm Happy ????

They always miss a product or two. Refund will not be received by you but instead in their grofer wallet for reutilisation. Item missed (out of stock) will be of less than Rs.500/- value. You will know that an item is out of stk only & once you pay for it.You cannot reorder it under free delivery so now you either have to pay them more to avail free delivery or else you pay delivery charges. Eventually you end up paying more for their stupidity/cunningness/etc.

I don't know the customer care don't respond so I am writing review here. I placed order on a Sunday. Supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. They reschedule the order to Thursday and apply reschedule charges by themselves. And when I try to cancel, they add cancellation charges! Although product service is verry good, these kind of mistakes make me piss off and extremely unreliable services. Disappointed! Grofers was one of best before, now it's deteriorated.

very bad. address nhi milne pe delivery time and date khud hi change kar deta hai , bharose se soho ki aaj mera kitchen ka saman aayega par ye delay kar deta hai aur chat option pe jao to koi reply nhi aata hai sara ad jhoota hai kisi bhi time pe dilivery dega sab apne man ki karta hai customer satisfaction pe work nhi karta hai

Should have added a slot to view my chats with service centers and to find my conversations easily. + Recently it is a issue as I got my delivery at a different time as we are on route and I asked the delivery boy for it and sometimes he asks us as we are regular customers he has our numbers and know when we are available because new time slots doesn't suits us . I had ran out of cash and he couldn't accept PayTm as portal for our delivery didn't seem to be open . As it is a common practice for us due to misadjustment of time he deliver us at a different time and delivery message came a lot late.

It should add a password protection for doing online banking transaction, as it store the user id. This is a serious flaw, someone may take the phone and note down the User_Id. Plus it should have wishlist option, for daily commodity.

Slow & Pathetic Service in Hyd. Firstly, the time they take 2-3 days to deliver the order. Sometimes they reschedule the order at their convenience citing different reasons. Earlier days of entry in Hyd, they were very good but I don't know what happened now. Management needs to look at it, otherwise their existing in Hyd will go for a toss.

Delivery of the products neva happens on time. Takes now than 3 days than scheduled day. We order daily grofers and they don understand the criticality... Horrible service

I will order something but you will give me something else and sometime you will miss my items. To deliver an order you will reschedule it 2- 3 times and will deliver post 1 week or 1 month based on your wish. I won't recommend anybody in Bangalore to go for Grofers.
