I stay in vasai naigoan mumbai but after putting pin code in profile .it just comment (we don't serve in this area) so its of no use ....uninstalling this app

I do not get the drop down option when I start typing for a product which I feel is very helpful and saves alot of time.

I live on GB Rd in Thane. They don't have service in my area which was only revieled after the registration process was completed. So now I'm stuck with irritating promotional SMS's of no relevance to me spamming my inbox. Use some brains guys. If you are not working across, first ask the customer to check the availability and then make them register. Or at least stop spamming people who do not use the service

These guys quite innovative with mouth watering deals. Keep it up.

Good service A big saviour in today's time. GM has made life easy. Express delivery is an excellent service... Which even the local grocer fail today to provide. Bundle packs, promotions, discounts, offers are genuine n shud be considered by all buyers. I have referred to many friends n relatives who have thanked me later. Thanks GM.

I tried 10 times in last 20 hrs, every time got OTP and when verified my phone, it says password set but when login it says user not registered and ask again for OTP verification and same issue again n again. Waste of time

The app is really designed well...I mean d way they have segregated the items is very helpful.But there's a problem with selecting the delivery slot..ur order gets delivered depending to d time when u placed d order.i think it should not b lyk dat and also give an option to modify d order i mean add or delete some item before d order gets delivered. u r doing great!! Keep it up GM!

So much better than grofers.also the customer service is on point .prices and offers are way better than any other grocery apps.

Vegetables were not fresh

Ordered twice. Both the times there were issues related to ordered quantity and type. Infact second time they even made me pay for the item not delivered. Still waiting for that credit.

Here is what i was looking for .. amazing app, fantastic features, and mind blowing offers and deals. firstly i was amazed looking at price and offers, got little doubt on quality as we stay in such society where online store promises to give at low rate but quality is disgusting... so i thought to try grocery mantra as well .. KUDOS to grocery mantra .. jaisa naam waisa kaam. fabulous quality and i must say that i loved the way your customer care people resolve query and explains all running offer .. I also installed the app & registered. During rigistration process, i dont know they are not serving in Hyderabad. Even app also didnt give any notification. When i tried to update my address details, that time i got a msg as they are not serving at my location Unnecessarly time waste. I signed out & deleted app from my mobile. Another frustrating thing is, i am getting notifications about products into my mobile as sms. what will i do after knowing notifications about your products? please delete my number

excellent product quality. excellent packaging.I have placed order only once. But really was delighted. Gave just 3*. Reason is when I placed my 1st order via app they gave me 5kg rice free which they claim was of Rs 750/-.I checked on reliance fresh direct same rice was available for Rs 256/- i am happy with this free rice after all it is free. But was unhappy when I found company's claim was false. I would like to suggest kindly drop your unreliable claim. Even taste of that rice was pathetic.

Dont come in time slot .delivery guys are shameless ,misbehave and throw tantrums as if they are prime minister and use dirty language with customers.dont even apologise for arrogance .JUST DONT ORDER. BIG BASKET AND GROFERS ARE BETTER

This is what I was looking for.. Good quality product at less than MRP. I just used this app for first time & I loved it.. I don't want quick delivery but I want good quality. Suggestion- please start taking bulk order too. I can only place maximum 5 quantity of particular product. It restrict me for limited shopping. Please keep the limit open.

Atleast should ask for the location as you don't serve pan India. Wasting time of peoples.

Quality of food stuff very bad e.g. Best rice of Rs.750 given as complimentary is not even worth 100. try it out

I liked the app... but not many companies and products are covered. Also wanted to knw if u also have any memebership points on order placed which can be used on next orders.

Good service with attractive discount offers! Food quality is Okay. Only the issue is with the delivery time slots which i suggest should be delivered at the time in which we are comfortable. Hoping to buy more products with quality discounts!

Prices of some items are exceeding MRP. Example Patanjali Ghee 1kg at 480 (MRP 460)
