I'm not a runner at ALL. This app makes me want to get up and run. I feel like I've accomplished something. I've never finished a running workout app. In one day I'll be unable to say that again. 8 weeks and challenging!! I LOVE IT!!!

The app works fine, and I like the functionality while I'm running, but every single time you navigate from one page to another within the app an advertisement for the premium version of this app take over the entire page. It is frustrating enough for me to uninstall it.

The free version of this app includes just the running workout with a voice coach and workout tracking, no recipes or music playlists, but I still like it. You can play your own music and the coach's voice still comes through just fine. The workouts themselves (I've only done 3 so far) are great, helping me get back into running after injuries and years off. So far, they've been intervals with walk # mins then run # mins, in cycles that add up to about 30 mins total. The premium features would be nice to have and probably worth it, if you were looking to spend money on something like that. I'm satisfied with the app so far!

This app is good, I really just wanted an interval running trainer that would play my music and talk over top of it. This does everything I wanted and gives me notifications every other day to remind me to go for my next run. My only real complaint is it sometimes will repeatedly tell me the time/pace/distance/etc. while I'm running and it gets a little annoying

Didn't like it. keep getting silly pop ups asking me to pay. Such a nuisance. No clear instructions or set up on how to set a training plan for a marathon or half marathon. much better to install another app.

Okay, I really like this app. I think it's appropriate for beginners. The bad part is that you cannot personalize much. Free version is more than enough ????

Really liked the app for programs... Suited me well. But somehow I noticed it just recently that the voice coaching stops if the screen is locked (works fine with its in-built screen lock, but that lock in itself is a headache because you never know when it unlocks itself). It gets frustrating to repeatedly look at the screen to know how much of a run/walk interval is left. Hope the issue can be resolved!

Holy popups Batman. This advertisement, I mean app, popus up an ad after every button is clicked. I enjoyed the workouts, especially because it threw some sprints in there. But I just can't handle all the ads. Based on the reply from the developer, let me expand. I understand the freemium business model, but this app has so many popups it is unusable unless you sign up for a premium membership with a monthly or annual fee. If there were a way to pay a few dollars to remove the ads and just get the workouts without all the menu planning, playlists, additional coach voices, and other stuff, I would have happily done it. But there isn't, so I deleted the app.

I like the app, however I can't skip ahead, and it doesn't pause when I stop. I have to pause it then unpause when I start again. It does help with running. I like the interval training
