I went on my first run today after I downloaded this app. I was really excited because it had the kind of interval training I was looking for with GPS tracking. The app crashed half way through, lost my data. I was using the screen lock when it crashed. The features of the app are awesome, just unreliable.

C70%
by C####:

Crashes ,crashes then won't shut down. Terrible.

R70%
by R####:

Keeps shutting down even with screen lock. Great idea, but incredibly frustrating. Don't pay for this until they offer a resume run option.

D70%
by D####:

Screen blacked our in middle of first run. Sound too low even with my volume all the way up.

D70%
by D####:

Won't connect with mapmyrun and even though I lock screen it crashes on final warm down.

Not working gred on My android 7. Use the free one and do not buy it.

I am exiting week 3. So far, it has been pretty good.

C70%

Excellent app!

C70%
by C####:

I am running my first 5K in a few weeks and the app has kept me on track. I am sure I will be ready for my first 5K. The app has not crash and syncs with the Spotify app.

C70%
by C####:

I've used an older version so I ignored the remarks and downloaded it anyway. Crashed the very first time. Delete

G70%
by G####:

Why does this app keep xying in rhe middle of a workout???!!! Would the pay for version crap out on me too?? My walking and driving gps lets me know when it cannot reflect back a signal. That seems fairly elementary. Please get this right. Just because a product is free does not make it right to not fulfill what you claim it will do. Stop rushing production and really test the software with people running in varying areas.

9/23, 9/24, 9/25 3 days in a row of crash. I only use the padlock since the first time I reported the issue. 10/4 Got new phone and lost all run logs. 10/5 Did not crash but did not record any time or distance. 10/9 app froze. 10/12 crashed froze crashed. 10/14 crash with 3 min left to the cool down. 10/17 crash crash freeze. 10/19 uninstalled and installed the app day 1 week 3 part 8 app froze all other apps on phone still worked. Working with techs via email. Add 1 star for support. 10/22. 10/23 received email stating the app does not work on the Note 5 and they cannot guarantee that this bug will be fixed in a short time. No more posts will be added. App is good in the fact that when it works it gives a lot of information about your run. Good training for the beginner. If not for the crashes I would give a 5 star. I will continue to test the app from time to time in the hopes it gets fixed.

Slowly increases your running while decreasing your walking. I couldn't run for 30 seconds before and now I can run for 15 minutes. Problem is the app constantly crashes. I see all the RedRock replies to make sure it's locked and I've always had it locked and it still crashes. I am on the hunt for a similar app that won't crash.

I've used this app a lot on both my Galaxy S4 and S6 but it crashes more than it works.

Except that my friend with an iPhone has a button to see what's in each workout, I can't do that on the Android app

It was great on a treadmill but outside the program would stop running. Disappointing because I can't track my pace outdoors.

G70%
by G####:

This worked beautifully. For two runs. Since then it stops tracking about ten minutes in to every run. My stats are all for the first ten minutes or less. It still somehow knows I've run the full half hour, but doesn't keep the data. I wish it would tell me how I'm doing past the first ten.

I gave it 2 stars because I like the 7 week schedule. But on my Galaxy S4 it crashes more then works properly. It makes it through my run to the cool down and then never tells me my workout is complete because the app has closed. The logs are very rarely accurate. It will say I did 2.6 miles, but only ran .14. Not possible. I used the support in the app and got a response. They asked me to send them screenshots of my logs, but no email to do that. Responded requesting with no response.

It keeps me going, even though is clierlig made for an iPhone, ex. Back key doesn't work

Y70%
by Y####:

This app is great for people training and have never ran before.

Y70%
by Y####:

The instructions are great and I love that I can listen to my own music!

Y70%
by Y####:

I just completed the entire 7 weeks & had absolutely no problems with the app! Thanks so much for getting me back into my running!

Y70%
by Y####:

App very unstable, not usable at all.

K70%
by K####:

I loved this app on my iPhone, then I got a new Samsung Galaxy and the app either freezes or crashes about 20 minutes in. After having 6 runs disrupted I'm uninstalling. :(

W70%
by W####:

The program as such is good but I got the app mainly for the verbal cues while running. It works fine and all of a sudden the verbal cues stop and throws the entire schedule out of line. I have to keep pulling out my phone from my waist belt to keep checking. I rather use my digital watch!!

K70%
by K####:

Ive tried a few of these and this definitely starts off at a beginners pace. I cant believe how quickly my distance is improving.

C70%
by C####:

This is a good app and i feel motivated to go out even in cold weather as i can see my results after each run and can see the improvement. A little frustrating though when the app shuts down mid 'cool down' and it doesn't record my data.

K70%
by K####:

Be way better if you could hear the instructions I even checked the voice volume was up full in settings still only just hear it...

H70%
by H####:

First time I used it it crashed in the last 5 minutes. This time it crashed mid run. No log was recorded and that destroys sense of accomplishment

K70%
by K####:

Every time I ran, this app crashed and often didn't record my times or distances. Only kept using it as I'd already started on this programme and didn't want to change to a different one!

K70%
by K####:

It doesn't alert me when the program is finished, it exits. Would like for it to say completed without looking at it. It also won't let me publish/share to facebook. Lastly, it does not show my intervals on the finished pic. I like seeing my progress. Please fix lg G3.

I'm on the 3rd day of my first week. I hope to continue until the end. Great motivation ☺

K70%

I tried using this app today and some how my music stopped playing. I did not want to stop and waited the entire time for it not to return. I believe this could be do to the tuns of advertising on the app. I need music to play and did not want to interrupt my training to figure out why...

D70%
by D####:

Tried this for a month and there was something wrong every session: app restarting in the middle of the run, timer not running, voice wasn't working, etc. Not too bad otherwise but I'm gonna try something else less frustrating to work with.

K70%
by K####:

Really good app, music plays perfect, splits my walking and running distances very good.

K70%
by K####:

It crashed half way through first run and can't hear the voice.... not great when all you can hear is your breathing! Would be great if it wasn't for these things

O70%
by O####:

This a great app but It does not have away of connecting to my music through the app. I have to have my music app running the same time separately from this app. I have used other training apps that will link my music which allows me to operate one app instead of two.

K70%

Guides u to run 5k in 7 weeks.. Pretty good.. But run longer than the training suggested wish it would adapt to your training distance...
