Functionality is improving. Need to be able to see more than just the last five documents. Please make it so that using the back button on the phone does not exit the program without confirmation. Windows desktop version is also useful since it does not require an additional Greenway license.

9/13/2015- Wrote to soon. The medication list and e-prescribing worked for a little less than 24 hours. Very disappointed. Hmmmmm...this type of thing happens with their main product and, it seems, is reflected in the smart phone app. I guess the next question is...how quickly will it get fixed. Again, if working this app has great potential! 9/30/2015 Still not working. :-( 10/28/2015 App is still not working correctly and med lists still will not load. Also, no prescribing can be done in app.

Galaxy S tab with Android 5.0 shows a list of available documents but unable to render any documents in readable format, possibly a font issue, but unusable. Greenway unable to solve problem.

Really doesn't work well. Functionality is sketchy at best. Greenway hasn't lived up to their promise with this app. Can't log on. Suggest new customers be wary...and learn up front whether this app will be functional... If it is needed or desired. OK, I can now log on. Still can't get patient list for the day or access documents. I think a refund of the monthly fee may be in order until this is resolved.

Eprescribe is not there. Only good for looking at notes. Otherwise useless

Won't even let me log in. since the upgrade the app is saying it doesn't recognize my login info which hasn't changed. This is a big disappointment. I rely on being able to access my patient list using this app.

Cannot get patient list to load unless they have checked in at front desk. I cannot look ahead to see my schedule because of this problem. Unable to open most documents because app says they are too large. Cannot get Greenway to fix app. I have no problems with the app on my iPhone or iPad. Doesn't work well on my Samsung. Very disappointed.

Doesn't work. Not worth the money.

Won't open documents saying they are too large. Doesn't show enough appt info. Layout of info is awkward. Not many features. Info says version 1.0 even though this is supposedly a later version. Support from Greenway is horrible. Nobody knows about the app.
