About E.ON Touch
E.ON Touch controls your heating, and unless you have a combi boiler, your hot water too*. With it you can:
- Turn your heating and hot water off or on, up or down and override schedules if your plans change.
- Schedule your heating and hot water so it’s ready when you need it, and not before.
- Get handy daily and monthly reports to show you how efficiently you’ve used your heating.
*You need to have E.ON Touch heating controls installed in your home for our E.ON Touch app to work.
The app is free to download onto as many smartphones and tablets as you need. You’ll need your E.ON username and password to log in, then you’ll be ready to take control of your heating.

The app is ok but doesn't refresh very quickly. In fact it's quicker to swipe the app away and re-login. Could do with a refresh button. Could also do with not losing the connection so easily.

Used to work very well but now after some kind of update they performed on their servers, this app has been made almost unusable, also sometimes when you select a temperature it won't go into affect so you have to log in again and tey again, anf that is if you can log in.

Have to stay on old version because when I install latest version can't connect to gateway. Do they not test before releasing updates?

don't update, you can't log in after it, it loses connection with the gateway after the update. before the update it was great, now the new version is useless

I also have the problem of not being able to access since latest update. I would have said it was fair before update but now its useless. Hope they fix soon - I'm freezing!

This app used to work most of the time and is handy but the past 2 days it won't log me in so it's a worthless app

I recently updated the app on my phone and since then I can't control my heating through the app.It says theres an error with the gateway despite having no issues with my internet connection. The room thermostat doesnt even seem to work now either. I can only turn the heating on or off via the relay switch at the boiler which defeats the point of having an app and paying for the touch. I used to be able to turn my heating on when leaving work ready for getting home but am now unable to do this. Not good.

Problems with this application have now been sorted out and since the new year the application has improved and is now working as expected without any problems.

Great system, and software does everything it should, plus gives great monthly reports on usage. One bug is that it crashes when opened for the first time after a few days, but not that annoying or slow to reopen, compared to the benefits it provides

I am really pleased with this APP it has made me more engaged with my heating system. The link from my room set point to my energy bill is a great concept.

A simple solution to get better control over your heating and hot water

The app is useless. It crashes on both my handsets (Galaxy S6 and S8+). It's pointless having a web enabled heating system when the app software doesn't work. What really surprises me is that no attempt to fix the issues has been made. The system costs £200, so it needs to perform flawlessly. It doesn't perform at all.
