Hey Green Shield Canada plan members! GSC on the Go lets you access your benefits plan information wherever you are, whenever you want… unplugged but always connected.
GSC on the Go features*:
• Submit a claim directly from your smartphone or tablet (they’ll be processed instantly).
• Find a health care provider near you
• Access Drugs on the Go – see whether your drug is covered, how much will be covered, and email or download any required authorization forms directly to your physician while you are still in the office
• Show your all-in-one benefit and travel ID card without logging in to the app.
• View your benefit coverage with My Benefits – see how much will be paid and any limits or conditions under your plan
• Check My Alerts for notification of any outstanding claim audits
• Easy access to Change4Life, GSC’s interactive health management portal that supports and encourages you to get and stay healthy.
• Search My Claims History – you asked and we listened! This feature will give you access to the real time status of recently submitted claims as well as details of previously administered claims.
• My Balances – a quick and easy way to check the balance details of your health care and personal spending accounts.
And that’s not all. Over time, we’ll equip GSC on the Go with even more features that allow you to stay even more connected with your benefits plan.

Everything is there. People seem to be have issues with the claims and card not showing up, it takes a really long time to load. So you have to wait about 3min for all the info to load up, if your on wifi it's a min or so. Haven't had it crash yet.

I just installed this app, but it's forever stuck in the "loading" screen and won't open. I didn't even have a chance to input my login information. I tried restarting my phone, just in case, but it also didn't help. Oh well, I guess I'll have to stick with the website.

I've tried 4 times to register on this app and it will not accept my information. I have had 3 other people look over what I enter to make sure that it is correct and the app just won't accept it.

I have tried multiple times at changing passwords and downloading - reinstalling app however nothing is successful at login in. Constantly getting prompt informing me that I only get 5 log in attempts until my account is locked. The idea of a "on the go" app is not very useful at all. Don't bother downloading it - just my opinion.

The app tells you to fill everything out and click the register button. Doesn't matter how many times I click the register button it doesn't do anything. I have everything filled out and it does not say anything is wrong or missing but it still does nothing. Guess I'll just submit claims online...frustrating beyond belief.

When asked " Do you have coverage under another benefits plan", and you click no, the other options under that heading should be disabled as they are on the web site to keep from making a mistake. The yes and no buttons still are not labeled so you dont know which one your selecting. A button that says "Submit a claim" would be helpful rather than all the extra steps to get to it. App wont remember my password, just the username In general not very user friendly

I can sign in online no problem, but cannot on the app. It keeps telling me I have 5 attempts and that my info is wrong and I need to either add the correct info or register online. Grr

I haven't had any of the issues mentioned on my LG4. Card comes up right away. A slight delay when going back to home menu but nothing crazy. I could access all areas and it has some great features like tracking when you can submit claims for dental again and finding health care providers. So far no complaints
