This is the primary access to our paystubs and tax information provided by our company. An update to the software has deleted all our driver accounts and removed any access by our payroll department to setup functions. Attempting to set up a new account fails when account validation is required because the validation code text does not arrive. Customer service never responds to any email sent to them. This company is staffed by hacks!

This is way easier than ADP. You have to set it up online but then it's easy to use if you know your info. If you don't, contact hr, but if you know your social you're halfway there. Hasn't stopped working since I've installed it.

It used to work perfectly fine. Lately nobody can open a pdf to view any stats. At least not from our phones. Says to update adobe, mine is up to date and it tells me the same thing. Can't get a reply from the creator and Adobe says not their problem.

Hate this!! Every time it updates I am locked out for weeks!! App and online won't let me sign in, can't reset password, absolutely nothing!! Not sure why they can't get this horrible app fixed and running bug free! I understand having bugs here and there but it's messed up 98% of the time!

WHEN it works, it's on point.... That being said, WHEN is the key word! I would say, for every 30 times I try to log in, I get 1 successful login. I've been locked out for months now.. How hard is it to work the bugs out? It's worked just fine before, so I know it's possible...

When i had my old phone i had no issues then i upgraded to a new phone and now i cant log in and says it does not recognize me! If it werent for my employer using this site i would not use it! Not happy!

Absolutely useless. Im a truck driver and this is the only way I can see my check. WHEN it did sort of work all it showed is your pay amount. If you wanted to see any details, you had to download a pdf to see the whole check. But it stopped working a month ago despite having to create a new account and password using symbols, uppercase, lowercase, numbers and possibly the soul of your first born and it still don't work

This app is ridiculous! There's not anything to view besides pay stubs and tax forms! It needs to be more detailed as it was on paper! It says I have benefits and it doesn't show what benefits I have! I know what I have; however, I need to know it's what I'm paying for!! This app SUCKS!

It's not good for anything. You can look at a pay stub or tax forms. Big deal.

The app never worked. In fact the website wouldn't even work. None of the 95 employees at my job site could ever get this app to work, nor were we able to log on to the website. No one was able to get a hold of any kind of tech support for this app. The only reason we installed this app because we were told by our supervisor that this was the new program for all employees to use. But no one at our job site, including HR, seems to know about this program. I have no idea who suggested this program, but it sucks. Probably isn't even a legitimate program. Probably just a tool to steal everyone's information.

I thinkbit has 2 many companies on one app. It went let me get on my current employers stuff. Keeps me on last companies stuff it only shows we. Nothing else it sucks.

Hell paycheck is already in bank before we can even see hrs worked. No good if you have to wait to get your paystub to see hrs.

This app only shows tax forms and not pay stubs.

This app works great for us. We haven't had any issues with it at all.

It's a pain to get all my employees logged in, difficult to set up account.

Basic, single function app. Lots of hoops to sign in but some clarity in other areas is needed.

Every time I enter my info it says I have entered a wrong password or username. Not a good app at all. I can access online but not from the app.
