The app itself is OK when it works, but is very basic compared to the desktop / web version. It's a good job the app lacks functionality compared to the web version because as it is, the app goes through phases of working and force closing. Fixes are never quick and sometimes takes a couple of weeks. Can't help but think if the app had the same functions as the desktop version, it would never work!. Used app on jellybean, KitKat, lollipop, marshmallow and when testing on nougat.

... Which isn't saying much. Crashes every time and only offers fatuous advice - "Look further! brake earlier!" and then crashes. Kind of ironic but definitely useless. Tells me I'm using the app while driving while I'm sat in the rest room. Avoid and save a bit of space on your phone.

The app itself is great, I love being able to see my score and trips. However recently the app has been closing down whenever I try to look at any of my trips in detail. Everyone I know is having this problem and it's becoming problematic. You're not given the option of reporting the closure. And the point of the app is to be able to view you're score and what you're doing in order to improve, this isn't possible anymore. Yes I can see the score but cant see specifically what the issue might be.

Like other users have said, the app crashes when trying to view certain trips. More than not, it's the most recent trip that causes the crash. Give it a few days and it open up fine. I'll be uninstalling this app now and I'll just use the website in my phone if I need to view my history on the go.

This app is good. Being able to monitor your driving etc is cool. But lately this app is signing out everytime you go and look through previous trips etc. I noticed alot of other users are experiencing the same issue. Can this matter be resolved so that we can go back to enjoying this app

frustrating app that constantly crashes and shuts down, not worth bothering with. Company's are paying for the technology on their vehicle to monitor performance of drivers. if the app isn't reliable how reliable is the hardware on vehicles and the data that is being reported. this data can and is used to discipline employees yet they cannot manage a simple front end app for individuals to monitor their own performance. shoddy and clearly not an important consideration for the developers.

App Constantly closing down. Why? The system on the vehicles I drive are so inaccurate. Can take a corner at good speed, nice and steady. No problems. In the exact same type of vehicle. Take the same corner at the same speed, and get a flashing red! Load of bollocks!

It does not work I hate it driving me nuts keeps coming up with error then closes down doing my box in till it work.how it should do only 1 star

What can I say - good job I don't crash as often as this fundamentally useless app. If you're into time travel awesome - I went to Japan and back in the blink of an eye ..... very good at telling you that you've turned corners etc at speeds of 3 to 5 mph doesn't work at speeds over 30 mph unless you have stopped on a sixpence - you may have already noticed that you have !! Save your money it's traffic light box doesn't even tell you when you've crept over the speed limit !

The app is fine. Not as good as the mobile site though. You can get far more detail there. On another note, people complaining about the system rather than the app, are wasting their time as the system is tailored for the individual client (company). If it's too sensitive, it's not to do with the app.

It's ok! It shows basic good info with maps however crashes a lot which is very frustrating.

Good app. Can keep up to date with all trips and safety score. App lately closes and says it has stopped working very frustrating

Every time I try to view my trips on the map the app crashes! It asks if I want to report the problem, so I've reported it several times, but nothing has been done to fix the problem!!

I like the app as it helps me with work, when I'm able to see the trips!!!!!! Why does the app crash? And it asks you to report it to which nothing gets done, and yet not one single review out of any of these reviews have a single reply from the developers as to why. Nor has the app been updated or even attempted to be fixed, ridiculous really. If I didn't need this app I'd delete it, if your the type that "says" you don't care about your drivegreen then don't bother downloading as it'll drive you mad

As a bus driver at first group, we use the Green Road system, there should be a review option on each amber and red mark. And you should be able to log in and out whilst using a different bus, the entire system needs updating as most of the green road sensors are faulty

The app is useful but the actual system is a joke! Do not sneeze, cough or fart while driving or you will set it off

App occasionally shuts down while trying to view the trips for that day , then it will nerver let me see that trip so i have to go on my computer to view. Please help !!!!!!

Used to be ok, but now crashes 40% of the time when I want to look at a trip. Pretty useless really.

Every time I tried to open the application, it's collapsed. I had to delete and re-download it many times, but when I tried to open it, it's stopped immediately! Shame.

Good app to monitor your score but keeps crashing when opening certain trips. Been like it for a while and for all the people I know using it. Please fix.

Good app when it works but bugs out and crashes on some trips which is a pain when you want to see why you got an event when you know you had one

We have light system on the dash of our busses that when a event happens the lights go from green to amber or red, after driving for a bit with the light never changing from green to come on the app and see ive driven apparently badly is frustratingly annoying and needs to be fixed.

Plz just take your app down as its pointless i can not look at any of my driving entries your app sucks and as for your fitting of green road to first buses is absolutely comical how can u get a true reading if you fit it to the nose of a vehicle what a bunch of amateurs

Frequent crashes when I try to view the events. Otherwise good app.

Force closes most the time when tapping on a particular trip, so I can no longer check my drivers events. Devs not interested in fixing it. I have to use the website instead.

The app shuts down as you open up events, cannot submit report as there is no Submit button to activate the report, worked OK one time but don't know what's happened, please fix...Come on Greenroad fix these "Stop working" issues

Cannot log in and password reset closes the app. Reinstalled and same issue. How can I open the app to amend details?

When is this app going to be fixed? It crashes its slow and impossible to use. Its been like this for months now!

Needs more info about a trips. Like mileage and vehicle reg number and fix the crashing problem when trying look for older trips.

For weeks I've been unable to use this app on samsung galaxy tab & s4, it crashes every time I try to use it.

The Green Road for our ford transit mini buses are far too sensitive and require adjustment. Otherwise a good system.
