I am learning German with Duolingo and check grammar sometimes. I also have cousins in Germany that send me things I need to translate. This app is the best. I also love the word of the day.

I love the word of the day, it gives you a word in a sentence everyday. This helps me to stay fresh on a foreign language. Easy to use, & pronounces the words if you get stumped.

I have found this app to be easy to navigate, accurate on translation; the ability to export the translation to multiple different apps is very useful

I live now in Germany and am required to successfully complete an intensive, advanced German language course (A1 thru B1) in less than a year. German is difficult but this app is the good friend that helps me through. VERY helpful. Accuracy is not perfect but far better than most.

The new version is not that great, I find the interface harsh to look at, the word of the day seems to just cycle through the same few entries endlessly for Latin, and the only new feature I feel adds rather than detracts is the phrasebook. To be fair though, I have not been as thorough as I could be.

New version is okay, I liked it better before the last update.

I am German and I find this one of the better ones out there, I highly recommend it.

Great program!

Versatile, always works, good features. Shows a sense of humor. Can hear the whole phrase or select particular words. Awesome feature: gives a history of words you've looked up which makes a great review guide reinforcing learning. Love it!

I am learning German and can get around - ordering food, buying train tickets, etc. - but sometimes I need to be able to find a less-common word (translating a box of contact lenses, anyone?) or make myself clear in writing. This app is the best/easiest I've found. Copy/paste means I can compose a text to a Ferienwohnung owner and get a much better translation than Google Translate would provide, and the offline dictionary means I don't have to use my data.

For me the offline dictionary is even better than when it's used online, very wide option En-De I wish could be improved Spanish -Deutsch

Seems as if most bugs were fixed. I still wish the speed control for voice was back, but this is the best translator I've found.

Quite a lot of info for a freebie. It helps my German immensely.
