Reading and Leeds Festival

Yesterday morning this app was perfect, set times were up and the map was highly detailed and had a key. Got a notification for a map update in the afternoon and now the map only has stage numbers and not even a key to work out what those stages are. If the map goes back to how it was then I'd be rating 5 stars because it was brilliant! Leaving for the festival in an hour and a half and have resorted to saving a map from Google instead. Please fix? :(

Won't download maps ...its hanging on download on my phone using up battery. No stage time updates after getting notifications they were there. Deleting it and going to clash finder instead.

Loads of people are moaning that it doesn't have times and maps two weeks before the festival, well that's because they haven't been released by the organisers yet. I used this last year and the times went up a few days before and if you've taken 5 minutes to favourite the bands you want to see then by the time you're at the festival the app has done the work and you'll get a timed schedule and clash finder for all the stages along with 15 minutes notification for the bands that favoured. No network needed.

App is generally fine but the notifications are all complete spam! I've left notifications turned on in case they actually send something important but they're every hour & absolute rubbish!

App looks well designed, but will crash after a few seconds of being open, disappointed.

Downloaded this to get the set times. As of 17th August it still says "will be updated in August". Useless...

Ive had this app for a couple of days now but its the first day of Leeds and it hasnt got maps! It keeps telling me there are map updates but each time ive tried downloading them it fails.

They make people wait until a few days before the festival, force them to download the app and then the set times are wrong on the app!

Since downloading the app, when it works it has been great, but it's incredibly unstable and often crashes. Fix this!

The maps and line ups are released on the Wednesday of the festival itself so no need to down vote the app

Times work perfectly and maps are fine. People who are complaining don't know how phones work

The schedule part of the app doesn't show any actual times for any performance. Lots of notifications. App only works half of the time and crashes.

Maps for reading have gone instead it says schedule announced in August. Huh? Sort it out.

Was a good app last year, however no schedule or times update yet with less than a week to go!!!

I can tell this is easily a 5 star app "Jasper Williamson" and i haven’t even downloaded it

I find this app super useful as it's updated regularly and it helps me to my job..

Exactly the same as the download app. Means I don't need to buy a program.

Great for planning ahead set times and to get an idea of the layout with the map :)

Whoever broke what was a working app needs to either fix it or be made redundant

My friend has this app on her iPad and it shows the times of all the acts. My version of that app doesn't, so it's useless to me!

Installed this today and it just says unfortunately it has stopped working before it even opens, not managed to get onto it once. Very poor and disappointing

Crashes before it opens, sort it out please.

The app keeps crashing & not all the schedule timings are on. Good information though. Decent little app.

It's more for use once in the festival I imagine. There's no times up yet.

The app so far is brilliant but should have been completed before release a couple tabs still say comming soon.

There is no proper timetable schedule in the app 1 week before the event. Then why they advertised it to download if you want to know that? It's a joke.
